My first visit, the service advisor was friendly and the issue was resolved. Then I called the service manager Doug to schedule a loaner so I could drop my vehicle off for a noise concern that happens in the morning. He seemed very professional but the following week when I didn't hear from him, I called to hopefully schedule the appointment, he never returned my call. It was Jerkle and Hyde. So unprofessional. Maybe crescent doesn't give loaners to certain people. It amazes me that a business would allow this to happen and losing customers and money is ok!!

I bought a 2015 ford edge from Crescent Ford Inc recently. Within 5 days of the purchase my check engine light came on. I have the warranty, took it to ford here in graham because Crescent said I could take it to my nearest ford dealership. They did the diagnosis.. the part needed was a purge valve and that is not covered by the warranty, so they say, and the diagnosis is not covered. So now I am out $160 for a diagnosis for nothing. I don't why I spent the money for a warranty that does nothing and for a car that the check engine light was on and off from 5 days after I got it.. I'm very aggravated at the moment not even getting it done bc god knows how much it will cost to fix it since it is not covered. I got this to not deal with vehicle issues. Instead gained a car payment plus repairs too. I also didn't have the car the day I was promised and had to wait a week because after signing the paperwork they found something wrong with the vehicle. Then after setting up a time to pick up the vehicle I arrived and still had to wait another because they said the car hadn't been cleaned yet. When I first called my sales rep about the check engine light he said he was going to send me a gift card for having this much trouble right out of the gate but that hasn't happened either. Stay away from Crescent Ford!

Had a great experience with Cresent Ford, they were great in dealing with my insurance claim as well as reaching out to let me know what was going on every step of the way. Jesse was very professional and let me know about any additional costs up front as well as coordinating pickup of a loaner car for me. Overall I had a great experience with them and would return again should I have any more issues. My transmission was replaced with a new one at no cost to me and has been running perfectly ever since . Can’t forget -Thanks to the great work of the service technicians, as well as the service manager for working out some discrepancies with the additional costs.

The service was very professional. The cost was shocking!!! $300 for 2 keys leaves a bad taste in your mouth. That cost is hard to justify and does not make a good impression for Ford. $155 for labor and $60 per key is quite a mark up.

This sale was seamless. I saw the truck online and was able to work everything out on the phone and when my husband and I came in the signing process was quick and easy. I am so excited to have my new Maverick. Would definitely buy here again !!!!

Pretty surprised with the service experience, the person who scheduled the appointment was very nice. Took my 2005 Ford ranger for a oil change for the first time there I still had the original sticker from the past oil change and the coupon I used mention the liquids were going to get topped of I mean it’s just windshield wiper fluid but that didn’t even get topped off and there were oil stains on the radiator I mean it’s an old truck I get it but I still keep the engine bay clean. Pretty surprised

I’m sort of two minds in writing this review. I am extremely disappointed in Ford Motor company. The very expensive repairs are due to design flaws in both the engine and transmission. Ford motors did not stand behind their product and I had to pay for two costly repairs on my own even though there were service reports on both repairs.HOWEVER I found that I was treated fairly and courteously by Crescent Ford. They provided a very nice loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop both times. They were good about keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle and were sympathetic when corporate was uncooperative.I am unhappy with my experience, but I don’t hold Crescent Ford at fault. I’ve bought vehicles from them in the past. I’m sad to say that I am unlikely to do so again in the future since this is my last Ford.

Crescent ford has a good service department. For simple repairs and maintenance, if you make an appointment, they are great. Had some bad experiences with them, not all their mechanics are good. Sometimes rude. For High Point Crescent is one of the better places to take your car. I usually will take my car out of HP for work on it. Thx

The body shop wrote up an estimate, and my insurance was paying 100%, but the body shop manager sucked at communication. He had the claim number, and I kept touching base to see if he had submitted the estimate, and he said he submitted it. My insurance company said they had not received it, so I reminded him again by email, and I waited another week, and I reached back out to the manager again and asked him if he had heard back from the insurance company and he replied to my email with "NO" that was his reply to a customer that was extremely patient! So, thank you, Cresent Ford, for a total waste of my time and postponing me getting my vehicle repaired. I ended up going to another shop and got another estimate that was slightly higher, and my insurance company responded the same day and approved the repair estimate. I'm a local business owner myself, and I believe in trying to provide a good service to the community. There is more to running a business than SELLING a new car.... just look at the amount of negative reviews based around SERVICE. it simple, buy your new car from a DEALERSHIP that has both!

Not a place I would service a car at. Guy who works at the front desk is super rude. Have been here twice this year for an oil change on my brand new ford bronco and they have never put air in the tires or added washer fluid, or any standard procedures that’s done while getting a service, Even though the dash lights were on to do so. Definitely will drive further to go to a better service department.

Called me on 8/30 to schedule a mobile service to do a couple of recalls on my F250 at my home. Sounded good to me! They told me they would call on 9/1 to confirm the time for 9/5 appt. Never heard back from them. Got another call on 9/11 saying they would here at 8am on 9/12, then another call saying around 9am instead. By 9:30 no one had arrived and the guy at the dealership that had arranged this couldn't get in touch with the tech to see when he might be coming..so I told them to forget it.

I have purchased MANY new Fords (like 17 in the past 10 years) from the Winston-Salem area, and this was my first time buying from Crescent Ford. Upon entering the lot, everything was arranged very easy to shop! The vehicles were as advertised on the website and the inventory was updated as advertised as well.Used vehicles were seperated and priced, and new vehicles were invoiced and had all stickers prominently displayed. All vehicles were clean and ready to be shown. The sales staff were not lurking around and did not pressure you with the typical sales tactics. I wasn't approached by multiple people or bombarded with questions about what I wanted. I was simply invited to look around and let someone know if I had questions or wanted to look at any vehicles in particular. When I found the Broncos that I wanted to look at, Sales PROFESSIONAL David Martin readily grabbed the keys and a tag. There were no questions about my credit, income, job, or other intrusive things... just a handshake and let's take a drive! Remind you I was literally in gym shorts, a t-shirt, and a ball cap!I bought the Bronco and financed through Ford Motor Credit with great terms, an extended warranty, and a 3 year maintenance plan in under an hour. The entire team made me feel very welcome and part of a family. They even arranged for the tow package to be installed a week later once the parts arrived AND provided me a courtesy loaner for the day at no charge!!! This was never done at my local dealership even after purchasing multiple vehicles from them.I will definitely keep going to Crescent Ford for my future purchases and service! They not only made a customer, but a friend!

I was having trouble getting a duplicate title (I lost the original) and Mrs. Kim Cecil went above and beyond with assisting me and talking to Ford Motor Company (b/c the DMV was giving me the run around). I'm so very appreciative of her efforts to assist me. She didn't have to a much as she did. She definitively a person that any team would benefit from having on their side!
