A female employee at this location on mon 28 October refused to sell me just a SIM card even though they offer them for 9.99 for a physical SIM card without activation after checking multiple places and talking with people you definitely can and I told her that but she told me they don’t do that at this location, very annoying and huge waste of time just spent the same money at Walmart for the same SIM card

Everyone of the ladies at this Cricket Store are very rude. Their customer service skills are terrible. When I walked in the young lady said, "What do you want?" I told her that needed to purchase a new phone. She said, "Well, you will have to wait. I am busy." Major management needs to go to counsel them. They also needs upgrade training.

We purchased a samsung A32 5g phone at this store. We returned phone thru cricket warranty because phone volume would shut down on its own and nothing would correct problem. Replacement phone came and has same issue right out of box. Cricket warranty person told me they have had alot of returns for same reason. We took phone back to this store to see if we could replace phone with different model and all she wanted to due was update software and do a network reset which we had already done. We said to salesperson to give us a discount price on new phone plus wave activation fee. She refused. We purchased a different phone anyway which was a little less than phone we have problems with. Next time we will go to different store or order online. Pretty poor customer service on store personel.
