Excellent service, and always a pleasant shopping experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The store is clean, and it is easy for me to locate items that are needed. The manager, Brad, does and excellent job!

I came to get my son’s medicine! The lady was rude about my Medicaid not being active! I call social services and they say it is. Then my elderly uncle didn’t see the no smoking sign, they had an even bigger attitude. Both the ladies who worked yesterday needs to learn how to talk to your customers 👌🏽 I will not be going back here after 20 yrs thanks

I’m giving this location 1 star simply because of the rude CVS pharmacist at the time; around 3:30 pm on 10/2/24, I inquired about purchasing syringes for my medication as I’ve previously bought them before here. I usually get them at Walgreens, but they were out so I checked my local CVS. The original pharmacist who greeted me was kind; however the rude pharmacist behind her immediately intercepted our conversation without even turning around to acknowledge me, and said “we don’t have any of those here.” It wasn’t what she said, but how she said it. You shouldn’t be a pharmacist if you can’t treat people with basic kindness. Anyway I won’t be back.

Dr called in meds. Called 2 x came by and was told meds on hold because of cost…. Who asked how much they cost. Staff was completely clueless about meds as well as policies in place about medication distribution. No one was able to provide any clear cut instructions as far as follow up and what to do about misdoings meds. The only answer they could provide is “ we have them on hold.” Then I went inside the store where I had the distinct pleasure of standing in line and being invited for 3-5 minutes. Chile… just close the store down. Very unhelpful. 0 stars do not recommend.

I have called them because they said I needed to call about a prescription. The phone rang more than five minutes. I got in my car, stayed on the line and drove there and the phone was ringing and no one would answer. Then they said can I help you, I replied answer the phone cause that' me on the line. Completely unacceptable customer service.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff! Called yesterday to have a medication filled. Explained it was out of state and asked if that’s ok. When I arrived today she denied ever hearing me say this and was rude about it. Do not use them they obviously don’t listen to you and may mess up your meds!

You have to give one star just to be able to do a review, because I wouldn't have given them not one star, I encountered 2 ppl had the nastiest attitudes I have ever seen and CVS is slow as a snail. If you want pleasant service and need your medicine in a timely manner CVS is not the place to go.

My daughter meds are very important and I can never get anyone to answer with out being on hold for 2 hrs then they are closed and it takes days to get her refill these educated people are horrible at what they do.

I can do my covid test from here nd they dont give me result on time i have 3 thosand lose because i miss my flight i hate american people ?????
