After more then 20 years of using this CVS I was forced to find a different Pharmacy. This place became the worst in High Point. Rude, unprofessional pharmacist, extremely rude technicians, several times I was told there was shortage of my medication, called other CVS in area and no shortage was ever reported. Also, several times I have noticed my monthly bottle of pills lacking in quantity. My Doctor was unable to update my prescription because pharmacist told him that he wouldn't do it. When I finally went to the pharmacy in person, I was treated like a drug addict, was laughed at and talked to very unkindly. The one star review is TOO MUCH!

The pharmacy manager, Laura, was so rude to me. She kept talking over me and was not interested in what I was saying. She wouldn't even let me talk. She told me at least 5 times that I needed to be patient. I told her I wanted to ask her a question. She said what kind of question would you even want me to answer? She was so rude!! She had me so upset I finally told her i didn't need to ask her anything and I didn't need anything from her because she was too rude to deal with. I don't EVER want to deal with her again. There was no reason for her to treat me that way. Very unprofessional to say the least. I don't appreciate her attitude. What happened to good customer service and being nice to people? I think she skipped the semester in college when the professor taught about respecting your customers listening to their questions and filling their prescriptions. If she hates her job that much, then she needs to find another one instead of taking it out on her customers!!! I won't be going back to this CVS. People aren't going there for an ice cream cone. They're going because they have medical problems and need their medications. The last thing they need is someone like Laura, treating them with so much disrespect.

It’s sad to me that this location has a low rating. They are always SO friendly, courteous and helpful. I just took off one star because speaking to someone over the phone is deliberately made challenging through the phone system, but that’s a corporate cvs thing. This particular store is lovely.

I’ve been filling insulin prescriptions here for 20 years. I don’t have an active one right now as I’m in between providers and the pharmacist would not sell me syringes which by North Carolina law is up to a pharmacists discretion. She would not sell them to me without a prescription for syringes and was very rude about it. It’s life or death for diabetics to have access to our supplies. I will no longer be using cvs pharmacy after 20 years long standing with them. This location in particular is never friendly as is. Do yourself a favor and find a better pharmacy!

I really didn’t want to give a one star- It’s crazy how long you have to wait - when you call OR drive up to the drive thru-in the pharmacy area. When you call, you are already put on hold for 10 minutes if not more- Than if you go thru drive thru - idk what they are doing- bcuz they will let you sit while “ they act like they don’t see you” & hitting the call button but sometimes- they be hiding or walking by & can’t say “ I be right with you” It’s crazy the time you have to wait on hold && wait in your car for you to get service…
Then their prices are like double/triple than what you would pay at Walmart or other places.. Knowing the prices has gone sky high as is - then they want to mark their stuff up - 3 xs higher!!!

Told me they were closed over the phone even though their hours both online and in store said they were open for another 3 hours. Then hung up on me in the middle of my question. They also refuse to accept 35mm film even though it's a service listed multiple places. They've probably jusr lost so many people's film they stopped altogether. Pharmacy side is fine but the retail workers in this store don't want to be bothered. Take your money somewhere else.

I went to check out. The cashier was friendly and helpful. I had picked up some M and M's that showed to be 2/$9 w/card. I wasn't sure if I had a card or not, but usually the cashier will scan their card. She couldn't get the price to come up correctly with her card and the manager checked the price. She came back up front and told the cashier she couldn't use her card on my purchase, that I had to fill out a form for a card. I was in a hurry. If I have to go through a lot of hassle for a price, I'll go down the road. I didn't purchase the m and m's and felt like the manager was very rude. I know I won't go back in that store!

The time says 10pm and they waited until 9:35pm to start closing . That’s bad service but still letting people come out . I find that unacceptable. Change your store hours if you going to close 20min early put that on there .

My husband tested positive for COVID this morning at urgent care and, of course, felt terrible. He left urgent care and proceeded to CVS on Eastchester to obtain his prescriptions wearing a mask. I work in health care and am big on using PPE. The pharmacy tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was on the phone with my husband while he was at the drive-thru window. She rudely informed him they did not have the medication and told him he would just have to "call around." She closed the window in his face before he could ask any further questions. I had to call the pharmacy from my clinic to ask the questions my husband wanted to ask. We located the medication at another nearby CVS, and my husband drove around to the drive-thru and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the window to try to transfer the prescriptions. The quality of service was extremely poor and unprofessional and has gone down at this location.
