My husband tested positive for COVID this morning at urgent care and, of course, felt terrible. He left urgent care and proceeded to CVS on Eastchester to obtain his prescriptions wearing a mask. I work in health care and am big on using PPE. The pharmacy tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was on the phone with my husband while he was at the drive-thru window. She rudely informed him they did not have the medication and told him he would just have to "call around." She closed the window in his face before he could ask any further questions. I had to call the pharmacy from my clinic to ask the questions my husband wanted to ask. We located the medication at another nearby CVS, and my husband drove around to the drive-thru and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the window to try to transfer the prescriptions. The quality of service was extremely poor and unprofessional and has gone down at this location.

CVS in the past was one of the most top notched pharmacy in the area. Unacceptable quality in medication, most times you may have to wait 2 to 3 days for medications or you'll never get the correct information about your meds. The CVS at Target actually gave me the wrong amount of medications and tried to intimate me to bring it back so the could cover their butts!!!! I'm disabled and I tried to tell them to send someone to come and get it. They wouldn't then they banned me. Thanks CVS!!!!

Pharmacy manager (some guy with dark hair) always treats you like you’re a bother if you have a question and he’s quite rude and non personable. AA female in pharmacy extremely rude and incompetent. Not surprised at the number of negative reviews. You would think CVS would do something about their workers and their interpersonal skills but by the many negative reviews I guess not.

The pharmacy staff was horrible! They lost my daughter’s prescription and threatened to call the police on me because they wouldn’t explain what happened to it. They were rude from the very beginning! I do not recommend at all.

Employees at cvs are very helpful when they have the time they will help with no questions asked. The pharmacy also do whatever they can to help. As far as the phone calls they just don't have time to take care of it right away. When people don't want to work it's hard to take care of everything as fast as most customers want.

I don't get this pharmacy, I've been waiting on a prescription for the last six hours only to find out they have an issue filling it. It didn't get to my CVS account so I could check the status and I received zero communication, smh

Wow! I am surprised about all of the negative reviews....I've chose this location because it's close to home. Nothing but positive experiences on every visit; I really like the care & attitude from "Mel".... she's friendly and efficient!

Generally the service is good but today,The front store customer service representative, was not only rude to me verbally, I witnessed her being rude by answering her phone with a line of customer's making them wait in line until she completed her personal phone call. UPDATE: I went into the store today, and received better service, from a different associate, and she was helpful.

Your overall rating of 2.6 is way too high. Your service and attitude are both rude and totally unprofessional. Not all but most pharmacy employees act as if they are doing you a favor to provide your prescriptions.

I’ve work in retail management for years so I’m patient and understanding to other business retail workers, but this is the worst CVS in history. let me make it very clear, the customer service skills (which they lack) is horrible. Ive been there multiple of times and i just say well maybe that worker had a bad day. Nope every trip to this particular CVS, all the employees suck. They wont address you, if you need any kind of assistance they won’t help. they’re just very rude and unpleasant people. CVS corporate need tostep in ASAP!

Pharmacy is great! The black lady running the cash register in the front of the store, should be fired! Bad attitude ! Could tell she didn’t want to be there! Rude to me and rude to the people in front of us! She didn’t want to use the cash register! Self service only ! This is the reason I’m complaining! There are other drug stores that appreciate their customers!The landscaping is terrible! Leaves everywhere…trees growing out of the bushes you have! Evident that this has not been tended to recently, if ever! Trees need trimming back!Huge investment here , looks like you could make it more inviting for your customers !

Great store! Associates are always pleasant and knowledgeable. The pharmacy tech "Mel" is outstanding. She is most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Management should be proud to have her on staff. This is "my" CVS for sure!
