Tried to give this place another chance after years of not going. First time a few weeks ago was amazing with the gentleman who did my nails. The young lady who did my nails today was sweet. But her hands kept shaking when she did my French. Was charged 75 and my nails don’t even look worth 75. A few of my nails don’t even match. Mind you this was a fill in with 2 nail repairs. Was charged 46 for Pink & White acrylic, when the young lady used regular acrylic on my nails. I got colored acrylic when I had them done a few weeks back && 29 for 2 nail repairs & 5 different polish.

3rd time going here, good pedicures however each time for my Gel nails chipped after just a couple of days. Went back they fixed one nail, but now another 2 is chipping. Don’t have time to keep coming back.

I've been going to Diamond NAILS since I was in middle school , mind you I'm 30 years old now. I use to get my nails done there as a kid , now I only get pedicures . So today after I got off work I decided to get a pedicure . Lady started on my feet , we went through the whole process and she's oiling my feet at this point . She then she asks me about the skin on my hands and feet . She proceeds to say your face is pretty , looks nothing like the skin on your hands and feet . Highly offended , I responded I'm here to get my feet done not to answer questions about my skin. She goes on to touch the lines on my feet and pull my skin . Once again said your face so pretty but doesn't match your hands and feet . That was it , I said your job is to do my feet not disrespect ,belittle or insult me. I called the owner Lisa over, like me and my mom have been coming here since I was in middle school .I informed her as to what happened and that I wanted someone else to finish (only thing left to do was get the remaining wax off my feet ) Lisa then said she didn't mean it , she doesn't speak good English and denied me another tech . She spoke good enough English to point out what she felt was flawed about me so That wasn't her first rodeo she was way to comfortable. I then told her she knew exactly what she said . The owner Lisa proceeded to rub my arm along with another worker trying to keep me calm . Needless to say nothing was done but a sorry ass apology . Will I be back ? NEVER !!! Neither should you !!! You don't know a persons story or what they've been through . When you go to a nail salon,hair salon or beauty bar you're supposed to feel beautiful and pampered . You shouldn't feel disrespected or judged.That was distasteful and I'm sure you will loose a lot more paying customers by allowing your employees to do or say whatever comes to mind . Fox 8 WGHP
