Worst shopping experience in my life. I understand policies and procedures but I also know delivery is everything. Mrs Dolly Parton in the dressing room collective ruined at least two other people shopping experiences as well as tried to come for someone’s children while she was in the dressing room. Then was condescending when I had more dresses to try on. I had a Gala I was really excited about and she ruined my good day shopping for a dress. With the amount of dresses there I would think trying them on would be a given. I understand it gets crazy on the wk ends and that’s why things are implemented but AGAIN there are ways to go about your job in CUSTOMER SERVICE than being rude and aggressive to people wanting to spend money. Loved the numerous dresses and even made a friend but will never go back bc of this experience.

Huge, huge selection of mostly the prior season merchandise. Well organized in what was formally a regular Dillard's store. Do not go in tired as it can be overwhelming

Prices have gone too high here, just like everywhere else. They don't do clearance like they used to. If you have to have a certain brand, go ahead and try to find that needle in their haystack.
I used to recommend this place as a first stop if you changed size or if you are sponsoring a family for Christmas or wanted new clothes for vaca. I wouldn't anymore.
Again, if you are looking for something name brand and have all day to shop for it, good luck. Otherwise, just go to Belk or Kohl's and get something on sale. You'll find the same price range with far less aggravation.

This is not a true clearance center. It is a discount Dillards. Baton Rouge had a true clearance center, and sadly, it was shuttered.
