No problem renting a vehicle great customer service ?

My first time renting a car and definitely don't recommend. Picked up the car on a Friday to go out of town for the weekend for a family trip. When I picked up the car the tire pressure light was already on but the guy said everything was fine. Sunday on our way home on the highway the car breaks down out of nowhere the engine light comes on and car starts shutting off. Thankfully I was able to get pulled to the side so we didn't get hit since it just slowed down on its own and cars were behind us. Then we are on side of highway in the hot sun with 3 kids for over 3 hours. Keep calling enterprise for a tow truck nobody ever comes. State trooper calls all local tow company's they say nobody has put a call in. So basically enterprise was telling us one was on the way and really nobody was! State trooper finally puts a call in because he was tired of us sitting on the side of highway with kids and burning in the sun with no AC or water. We then had to catch a Uber ($60 extra) to go get a new rental car. We had to carry car seats and our personal items into a Uber which barely fit. We get in a new rental car finally and hit the road home which we were supposed to be home by 3pm! The car was supposed to be returned by 7pm, We made it home finally at 9pm and returned the car as soon as we made it back. That's an extra 6 hours when we were supposed to be back by 3pm and dealing with kids in hot sun it was all such an inconvenience. We also had plans that we had to miss because we were stuck on side of the road and wasn't back by 3pm like we were supposed to be. The next morning, Monday I called the office and spoke with a guy who told me they would issue a full refund and a credit for the Uber. So the charge was took off my card and everything was fixed except the $60 Uber charge. Then a couple days later out of nowhere the charge was put back on my card for more then what I was initially charged. But still nothing has been done and I've been calling and dealing with this since July! Yes I trusted they would fix this for me so I don't have the guys name I spoke with but I know they have recorded lines! The guy also told me he was going to be moving up to a new position soon. Overall I wouldn't recommend! I know things happens with cars but for all the inconvenience we went through and the guy telling me I would get a full refund and never get it is just overall bad service. Thanks for caring about my family and I sitting on the side of highway where cars are speeding by us for 3 hours.

They picked me up at the repair shop 45 mins late, then when I arrive at enterprise hand them. My license and card to pay for my rental, they say " we no longer accept, chime, cash app, venmo or anything prepaid ". I had to cancel my reservation and call an Uber to pick me and my 4 yr old up. This is completely frustrating and they should tell u this when you call so Noone waste ur time unless u have a regular bank account like bank of America or secu or something similar.

The WORST Service! I received a reservation to pick up at this location at 9:00 am. I went to the location they stated they had no cars, it won't be until tomorrow.I called back at 1:00 pm where the assistant manager said yes we have cars available. I let them know hold it until I get off of work because they take long to check out and I don't have time to wait. They stated no worries we will have you in and out at 2:30pm. After waiting 20minutes with no one acknowledging me I interrupted the manager and said I already spoke to you, I have to come back, I waited too long. I will be back at 4:30. At 4:30 I have no time available. The location closes at 5 and I have to go to work. I walk in and the guy who lied to me earlier and knew he lied said I see you got a car. I said yes because I called back. he said well I am glad we got you in. I said dont be condescending because if you were happy you would have called me when a car was available. he said well and continued talking. not sure why but I let him know since he is not assisting me don't talk to Me. They guy who was checking me out then refused service when they customer is always right. I asked him why is he talking to me the Black Assistant manager lied so fast and said to say sorry. I said he never said sorry. In this case I was barred, antagonized, and treated less than by the black assistant managers who laughed at me and told the manager would be in tomorrow. The entire establishment Treated me Like dirt when I am a prime customer since 2008. They refused service. I have been bringing in business to them since 2008 and they are refusing business. A. Lewis

#enterpriserentalcarDO NOT RENT HERE. I did so under a car insurance claim; I called from a car dealer less than 2 miles from them asking if they can pick the car up. They said yes. They then charged me 276 dollars. I know it could not have been for gas as I filled up the night before knowing I would be turning it in. on that full tank I went from gas station to my house 2.4 miles, house to car dealer 3.9 miles. I rented a truck that got 17 miles to the gallon. so that is .5 gallons. Come to find out after calling... They never picked up the car and are charging me for not doing their job...... for the amount of days I have this charge I will write that many reviews.

Had to go up there because our suburban was wrecked and we needed a truck to haul.Worked with Mr Shaq to get a 2500 ram. We noted it smelled and he ran it through to help with the smell. Drove it home and we all had headaches because someone had smoked in it. Called up spoke with Paul and Shaq drove us a new one without any issue. Awesome customer service and will be using them again for sure !!

We reserved our truck MONTHS in advance but once we got there.... they didn’t have anything (not even close), like we reserved! They gave us a tiny truck with very crappy gas mileage and almost no change in the pricing. We reserved online but was never told or notified about ALL this extra crap that they said was preventing “us from getting what we asked for”. They were making excuses after excuses after excuses as to why they didn’t have a single thing correct! The truck was dirty when we got it, also. We were over an hour late for our trip because of this place! -for the record, I cleaned the truck before I returned it.... I barely even tried (sand)... and did a better job than the store. SMH!- They gave us a coupon for our next rental..... which will never be used! Hertz will forever have our business! I’ve never once had any issues with them. I DEEPLY regret not booking with them. Overall, you all are horrible and I’d never recommend you to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience! They were all really friendly when I called before my reservation, during pick up, and they allowed me to wait as long as I needed to for my ride home after I dropped my car off at the end, even though they were closing soon. Also, from what I could tell of the conversations I could hear around me, the staff tries their best to get a car for anyone’s needs as much as their policies allow, and I appreciate a company that tries to adjust for their clients as much as they can. 10/10 would rent again

If I could give them zero stars I would have. We have a corporate account & have rented from this location multiple times with nothing but spectacular service. This mornings pick up was nothing like past experiences & if at all possible we will be moving our corporate account elsewhere. 10/10 do not recommend.

I had been looking for a truck rental company and I am so glad I ended up renting from here! the Staff was absolutely friendly and SUPER helpful. i was satisfied with all their help when i called them looking for a truck, but when i went to pick up the truck.. I was hooked with their services, they helped us in everything, they answered all our questions and really meet our needs. we are definitely going to keep renting from this location.

Do not make a reservation through this company. Made a reservation a few months in advance then received a call 3 days before our trip that they could no longer accommodate the reservation due to lack of inventory. What is a reservation for other than to 'reserve' a vehicle. No help was offered and now we may have to cancel our family Disney trip. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

The worst customer relations and retail experience I have ever encountered in my life - twice! I believe it's the fault of the district manager, who doesn't seem to care about his incompetent staff or disappointing the customer. Twice, I walked out with no car after I made reservations. The first time, the guy at the desk just casually told me that they didn't have a car for me and that there may not be one. No excuse - just we don't have one. The manager at the time (Naida) was sitting there not saying a word while I was going back and forth with this jerky kid about how a reservation means you "reserve" a car; but just like a robot he kept repeating that they don't have one. I had people waiting for me that I couldn't pick up and had to cancel all the weekend plans. I called the 800 number and they contacted the district manager, Jack Kelly. He was also not getting back to me for a while. He offered very little resolve regarding the employees and how they treated me because the next time I went there they were both there - as if nothing ever happened. Today, I went back to rent another weekend rental and the girl there gave me such a hard time about the insurance. She was insisting that I contact my credit card company about the insurance. I told her that they do not provide a "policy" but they have a waiver for damage to their vehicle. I also told her that I've rented many times before from Enterprise and insurance was always optional; even just the damage waiver. After about 1/2 hour of back and forth with her the district manager, and the credit card company, she said that I had to get the liability insurance. She never said why, just that I had to buy it. It would have cost me a lot of money so I said Hell no! I walked out and the district manager didn't do a thing! I called the 800 number today and lodged a complaint AGAIN! BTW, I found out that I didn't have to take out liability insurance after all. I mean, just the fact that the district manager (Jack Kelly) was there and still allowed for all that to happen to me with no resolve, shows me that he is at the root of the problems I've had with this Enterprise location. Horrible!
