This location is the only one in the Greensboro area that I get prints from. The other locations do not understand what they are doing fully.
Staff here is lead by knowledgeable management and are all friendly to me every time I go in.

This is the only FedEx location I go to print in Greensboro. They know their stuff and are always helpful and friendly.

I have been here a total of 3 times for different reasons every time. It solely depends on who is working... I have had very friendly and helpful staff and also staff that just seemed not excited to be there. To their defensive it is probably a boring job until it gets really busy and then is probably overwhelming, but the the store is clean, small and has all you need.

I love this store! Amy, Mona’,& Kaylin are wonderful! The service that I receive is exceptional and timely. They call me when my order is ready & it looks great every time. I have been a client of the store for a long time and this is the best crew so far.

If you want horrible customer service and attitude, then by all means shop at this location. I walked in today and there were two women literally leaning on the counter. I was not greeted upon entering. When one of the women decided to do what she was getting paid to do, she said “you need something?” I proceed to tell her I had a return and she stood there like I was speaking German. I showed her the QR code on my phone and she scanned it (with attitude, might I add). The other woman, while leaning on the counter, proceeded to tell me I needed to tape up my own box. I found this to be lazy and unprofessional. I taped up my box while the two of them talked to each other, acting surprised I upset at having to do their job. Let me add that the package I paid extra to have 2 day delivered was late. I’m at the point where if a company ships with FedEx, I will refuse to do business with them. Absolute worst customer service I’ve received in decades.

Was in the store yesterday to send a letter the little short representative was terrible has the worst attitude and this was not the first time I have had this experience with her something needs to be done if you don't like your job then let it go because you give terrible customers service

Person who provided service at the desk was not very friendly, kind of short with me, and completely unhelpful. I asked for help taping a box closed and she without saying anything just handed me the tape gun.
After setting up the package for shipment the total was $575 for two boxes for the cheapest and slowest method possible. I questioned this as i shipped the same boxes between the same two addresses but the opposite direction with fedex for about the 3rd of the quoted price. I was told “sorry thats just what it is” i was told if i set up an account i could possibly get a discount. I went to fedex.com to my already existing account and tried to set up a shipping account with it and got stuck in a loop. I asked her if i could just set up an account in person since i was already there and the website was not working and she told me id have to call customer service.
I took my boxes back and decided to try the UPS store instead.
UPS store helped with everything, was much friendlier, and…. Instead of $575 to ship, less than $250. Folks…. Thats half the price for the same service and better customer service. $325 less to ship the exact same thing at the exact same speed. It was also much closer to what fed ex charged me to ship this stuff the first time.
I am now convinced this customer service rep at the counter entered the information incorrectly and took absolutely zero initiative to just double check when i mentioned the discrepancy.
The only reason this is two stars instead of one is because while the CSR was short and standoffish, she wasn’t mean.

We got a passport photo taken that took nearly an hour as the camera battery died and then the photo was rejected because it was too dark as John didn't use the flash, despite me suggesting it probably needed a flash. He said it wasn't going to be used in a fashion magazine anyway, thanks John for a total waste of our time and money. We went to Walgreens and they did it in 10 mins, perfect job, and they laughed at the ones we showed them from FedEx.

Turned into a McDonald’s with their self-services, workers just stand there to solely instruct client on how to scan and drop off their own packages 🤔

Worst customer service . Store manager never know what she is talking about, don't make any accommodations for mess ups on their behalf! And she always messing up my package. Terrible attitude

Mona is AMAZING! She saw me backing into the parking space in front of the door as she was crossing the parking lot on foot to go in the store and started cheering me on that I could do it and spotted me! She made me giggle letting me know the posts on the sidewalk behind these were bendable 😅 She then proceeded to get a cart and help me unload! This was my first time making a drop of at this location and she made it effortless going above and beyond! THANK YOU! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The team at store 1760 saved my behind today. I had ordered 25 spiral-bound booklets from a competitor, only to find out on the weekend that they were running 5 days past the deadline and I wouldn't get my order until after I needed it. Before the store opened, I ordered the various parts of the booklet, intending to assemble them myself and return to the store to get them bound. Within an hour of the store opening, Daniel called to check on my order and make sure he understood what I needed and the deadline. He then called back, asking some questions to help assist me in the best way he could. After one final call and a few emails, the store printed, assembled, and bound the booklets and had them ready for me the same day. Unfortunately, Daniel was gone for the day when I went in to pick them up, so I will have to go back to thank him personally. The manager, Amy, was also phenomenal in recognizing this looked like a booklet and not just several sets of printed pages. The two of them and the team at 1760 did everything they could to help me out, did an exceptional job on the order, and saved me. I cannot compliment them enough and will absolutely use their services in the future.
To Amy, Daniel, and the team at 1760, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. I appreciate everything you did for me today.

I am a Mobile Notary and Loan closer and I ship documents daily Mona was patient and provided me with the shipping supplies I needed, She made sure my package was secure for transit. Her attention to detail and dedication to me as a customer truly stood out specially in today's world. As a Loan Closer our clients request to only use the main FedEx Offices not "drop sites" with that been said.. the only Fedex offices near me are 30min away... we could use one in Thomasville NC ;)..
