This used to be the most customer service oriented bank in the area. Customer service has become a thing of the past. They charge fees for external transfers, are not compatible with any money transfer programs such as Zelle. I tried to set up a savings account for my teenager and was told they couldn't help me because my child is under 18? Most recently I had fraudulent use of my debit card out of state. I reported this the day it showed on my online banking, and it is taking weeks to get that money credited back to me. In the past, they would credit immediately pending their investigation. Why is their technology so far behind? Most banks have a system to alert customers of questionable charges as they happen. This bank is relying on their reputation of the past and needs a major overhaul.
