I am handicapped and they sent me to the self-checkout and I had a hard time trying to hold on to my cane and balance myself handbag everything up except checkout. The regular register what's open but since no one felt like working they sent me to self checkout so sad. If you are disabled do not go to this location

No matter which location that I go to nobody greets me, but I hear them greeting other customers. This company needs mystery shoppers again. Also, the self-checkout is ridiculous! If you ask an associate about a product, they will point you into a direction, but don't take you there as everything is cluttered in the store, I still may not be able to find it. Next, I did make a purchase and the store associate told me herself that she does not like working there and so on. No associate should ever tell any customer that. As a person looking for a job this is an inappropriate comment. If you don't want to be there than leave! Give other people a chance who has customer service and hospitality an opportunity at employment. Your store is going down and is not just $5 and below as advertised.

You have self-checkout registers, but someone always come zooming over to stand over top of you?!? If this store requires the associates to scan, bag, and select my method of payment, then go back to regular cash register lanes. Do away with self-checkout. Why put your associates in the position to have to deal with this all day. Everyone does not have the same temperament. to deal with this.

Like many other businesses, prices are rising and more stuff is over $5 or kind of high for what you get otherwise. However, the workers were very friendly, especially my cashier.

The store was very well organized. You could fine what you would be looking for, and if by chance you couldn't, all you have to do is ask one of there friendly staff and they will help you find what you need. In my opinion they should get 10 stars instead of only 5.

I will never shop at this location again…. The whole idea of self check out is self explanatory. The lady at the register wants to check me out breathing down my neck like I’m about to steal something but or course the lady behind me can ring herself up that was not my ethnic background. That all it took 4 me….. & when called out on the foolishness she trying to act like I’m crazy. Arguing with me & stating this location has a lot of thief. That has nothing to do with me. I go to work everyday and I don’t need or have to steal, Racial profile me and then come outside to talk to the manager about the situation. Now wait a minute you are supposed to be in there watching the customer from stealing and ringing up people like myself,who watching the merchandise? Make it make sense. Ole Karen playing the victim. Not spending my money at a location with all this disrespect.
