I've had a ok experience with this GameStop, employees are nice and they have a pretty good inventory especially when stuff sells out Alot I can most of the time find it here. I would give 5 stars but I did have a employee pretty much argue with me when I was buying my Xbox series S and buying a hard drive to save 100$ instead of getting the X or PS5, the employee simply said and I quote "if your trying to save money on gaming your in the wrong hobby" safe to say I let it go one ear and out the other

There is a lot of lack of sustainability in this place, they have incompetent staff, I bought a console with a 1-year warranty and I haven't even been buying it for a month, it had a fault and they no longer want to validate it for a new one but for a second one, it is absurd to pay for it. so many dollars and they want to give it up for a used one. Yes, I really do not recommend buying from this place, if they promise you something, they should fulfill it regardless of whether it is a new seller or not, the store should take charge, but the solution is that you sell them the console for 90 dollars to not comply with the warranty, it is sad.

Bought Silent hill 2 remake " new" but first of all case wasn't seal and disc was in a separate sleeve they had to find.
Upon looking at the disc it had a pretty serious scuff and fingerprint on it. This is a used game they sold me as new. As soon as you remove it from the case and touch it its used much less with scuffs and fingerprints.
The staff were nice enough though.
