I know contractors are busy nowadays but least you can do is get back to someone saying you don't have time. Your day will come when work will slow down and you will need customers. Unprofessional, no desire to show any interest on work and never called back.

Richard and his crew did an excellent job. They installed a stove hood in my kitchen and replace the light bulbs in my kitchen ceiling, fix the front storm door and scraped and painted a bad area in my garage ceiling wall. Repaired and paint my windows frames and also the front steps.
