Always, a pleasent experience. I have my particular person who cuts my hair, she is great at what she does. I tip her generously because of her talent, and her ability to relate to her customer base. Thank You Mason.

The stylist didn't like to listen. She wanted to do her own thing. Probably because I was an older white guy. I gave her 10% tip at the end. She didn't learning anymore.

I like it when I get to have the same stylist but they rotate,
So seem to be in a hurry and others take their time and do a good job. I'll still give them a 10.

I gotta share this with everyone. I am a guy who dreads getting my hair cut, 9 times out of 10, I'm truly unhappy with the whole experience.
But today I have seen the light, it started this morning with a phone call that lead me to the manager (who answered the phone) her name is Elaine. She had the best customer service with my questions and it had me excited to make this haircut happen.
When I arrived I had the pleasure to have Meleka cut my hair. With all her 20 years experience at work it made this cut the best I've ever had.
If you're in need go to Skeet Club Great Clips and deal with these ladies, thank you again.

This woman thought I had lice but it was dandruff instead like how do you mistake those two. So I won't be going back.

Great Clips does a great job. All the stylists are friendly and do a quick professional job. They cut it the way I described and also trimmed eyebrows and made slight adjustments/additions as requested.

I didnt have to wait, my hairdresser was thorough, listened to my concerns & followed thru--also was helpful explaining how to log on to get an appt. and I will be back--thank you!

I don't know how to describe how lucky I was to walk in the door last Tuesday and find myself in Mason's capable hands.
I had a picture to work to as I was way overdue. She listened to my concerns, she knew exactly what to do and I walked out a very happy woman
