this is directed at Amber. I came in for a trim , unfortunately straight after work so my hair was a lil tangled. The lady starts brushing it roughly and from the top. As a professional i feel like you should know to always start from the bottom to avoid breakage…. she didn’t section my hair and was done in literally 3 minutes. I understand i just asked for a trim but I do have thicker mid length hair but maybe shes just that good. I just feel dissatisfied in the service and wish I hadnt convinced myself not to walk away as soon as she started brushing my hair like that

I have been coming to this location for a while now. I came in with my mother and was promptly greeted, mind you, with a smile. My Mother had Brandy tonight and she was a delight! The whole atmosphere seemed to carry, I don’t know how to word it, happiness. She and I will be back for sure to see the people here :) Keep up the good work, girls (and the one gentleman that was there)

I drive past 4 or 5 Great clips locations to get Megan W cut my hair. All of the stylists are friendly, it's a great atmosphere. The salon is always clean. I am always pleased with my haircuts!!!

I had the worst experience out of all of my great clips experiences…and im a regular customer at great clips… i walked in at 5:30 and the 3 ladies inside started saying to me that we wont be able to take your 2 kids for haircut today because they were closing at 6, when i tried to talk about that 2 of the employees started yelling at the same time at me, i think there was some issue with their online check-in. One of the ladies kept saying she was leaving at 5:30. I stood my ground and said the store closes at 6 and then another of the employees said she would take both my kids and she didnt do a great job either. honestly i wasnt happy at all with both boys cuts as i could clearly see how bad she wanted to get rid of us… this is the first time i got treated like that at great clips… i am shocked… this was the first time i saw these staff members cuz ive been coming here for years and everytime i was given the treatment a customer deserves except for this time, im highly disappointed and would likely not visit this place again

Hello…..I thought that I would leave a Very Favorable Review for the Great Clips located on North Main Street in High Point, NC. Specifically, I would Highly Recommend a”Amber, as she has been my Stylist for maybe Three Years now. Amber is not just a Skilled Stylist; but, also a Very Sweet and Personable Human Being. She is a Standout. I drive from Greensboro to High Point’s Great Clips for all of my Cuts and Maintenance haircare needs. Amber Rocks!!

We go here everything my husband and I for our hair cuts and they always do amazing, today I had a women named jen and she was absolutely great! She was so supper nice and loved my red hair and we had fun talking while she cut my hair I would definitely recommend going here!
