Poor customer service, asked about a 50 amp extension cord, get told they're with the regular extension cords, confirm that they understand I'm looking for a 50 amp RV extension cord. Get told, "yeah, they're with the other extension cords." No 50 amp cords available in store.

There were smells in the store that made me and my husband nauseated and gave us both a headache. Just different kinds of smells throughout the store. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

I myself enjoy a trip to the Harbor. But never pay full price. Don't be a sucker. Wait for a coupon or s sale. Ole HB will run a sale for ground hog day. They don't pass up a chance to have a sale. God bless em. I am a tool junkie and I have snap on matco and yes even Pittsburgh tools. If it's something I'm not going to use every day then it just makes good sense to buy it cheap. Let's face it . You get what you pay for. I don't expect a tool that costs 75 percent less to be 75 percent better . For me it's like a brothel. So many fine things to use. What do I need today. And I always come back for more
