We needed a rental when our car was down so we contacted Hertz for a rental through our ins they came and picked up my husband and brought him into the shop which was great, but when we were unable do business with them they made my husband walk home. You think they would of been just as courteous to my husband as before.

I had a fantastic experience with this rental service. The team was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The vehicle was ready right on time, and I didn’t have to wait at all for pick-up or drop-off — everything was smooth and efficient. It’s clear they prioritize customer satisfaction and reliability. I’ll definitely be using their service again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience!

If 0 was an option i would choose it. My rental was on time when i had to take my car to the shop but while having the rental I noticed numerous charges to my bank account that were well over quoted rates. I turned the vehicle in when my car was ready to only receive more charges to my account that added up to be more than double of what i should have been charged. Called and talk to rep and could not explain to me the charges only stating “im sorry thats how our system works” and never giving a reason for the over charges. I will never even consider hertz again or recommend them to anyone.

I would make this a 0 star if it was an option. Always make sure you get the insurance and take your own pictures the new 2025 vehicles are in terrible conditions, scratches and dings. Hit us with a $440 repair bill for damage that was already there, we neglected to take our own pictures best be known we will never go with hertz again. Enterprise we have never had these issues. Patrick Dark is the office manager and the one who took the pictures. He is a professional scammer and great at it! BE WARNED TAKE YOUR OWN PICTURES BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT!!!

Outstanding employees! Very professional, courteous, personal needs addressed, attentive, all-around good people to deal with. I definitely would recommend this Company and this location to anyone. My elderly Mother was totally delighted with them, how she was treated like a person that mattered and with respect. They went out of their way to make her comfortable and safe.

I checked on renting a van for an upcoming trip a month out and the base price for a van of any sort was $600.00 a day. Probably why they were empty.

This place is great if you only drive a car Monday through Friday. Are you kidding me? Shut down your useless business if you can’t even staff Saturdays and Sundays. You know… when people actually rent cars to do things.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ OR ANY OF THERE COMPANIES THEY WILL NOT RELEASE YOUR DEPOSITS AND IF YOU TRY AND CALL IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET SOMEBODY TO HELP. THE WORKERS HERE ARE VERY INCOMPETENT AND DONT HELP YOU AT ALL INSTEAD THEY TELL YOU CALL YOUR BANK OR THERE BILLING DEPARTMENT WHICH IS NO HELP AT ALL.

My local dealership used this location to rent me a car during a recall that needed to be done. The rental was paid for by the dealership and hertz charged me for 5 extra days. After speaking to the dealership and Nathan (High Point Hertz manager) to explain what has happened, with the dealership emailing the actual dates rented, Hertz has yet to refund my money. This has been over a year now. I’ve never seen a manager so incompetent at understanding what the issue is and how simple it is to resolve, or he might just not care. I’ll never rent or use this company in any capacity as far as renting goes in the future.
