if i could zero stars i would- the least this city could have done was EMAIL/NOTIFY me that you no longer take autopay payments from savings accounts. so thanks for ruining my morning when this could have been prevented from simple communication.

This company is the WORST. Always cutting the power off on THE DUE DATE. Don't give extensions, and their billing makes no sense. There is always 2 amounts, and seems to be billed twice a month and not once. I'd understand being shut off if behind, but this is outrageous.

We were forced to pay a deposit despite having over a 700 credit score and nearly 20 years perfect history with Duke. The staff is way nice, but the deposit rule is ridiculous. Plus, how is it legal that your only provider is the government?
