My husband has ALS and was in need of an adaptive handicap van. I called and spoke with Erica Boykin and she set us up an appointment. We were going through the VA with the paperwork. Erica knew exactly what to do and handled everything for us. We can't thank her enough for all she did for us. Erica made the transaction, paperwork and the experience so stress-free. Took in 2022 Jeep Compass to get recall fixed. I was given a loner car that was filled with dog hair and nothing was wiped down. DISGUSTINGI still gave two stars because the person that helped me was really nice.

Several months ago I brought 2012 grand carovan in for diagnostic on a Q straint system. Malfunctioning. Told it was shot. Electronics bad. This is in a handicap van. I was quoted $1800 to replace system. So for the last several months I've operated it manually. Finally it stopped working all together. Acting up with alarm as well. So I took it to van products in Raleigh for a second opinion. Come to find out that Ilderrton conversations didn't use water moisture proof connectors in install. Total cost of repair at van products was $122.69. So Ilderrton conversations would have stuck me with $1800 for system I didn't need. Just because you didn't do it right from the start. You need to have better quality control. And training for your techs As my van is a 2012. When I need it replaced. It will be van products in Raleigh. And I'm sure you stuck me for a diagnosis fee as well.,,...... you may not have charged me for service. But what you say is a lie. I brought up the solenoid. Because y'all did that in the past. You people told me electronics where bad system need to be replaced. Other wise I would had the part replacement. Intead off making excuses for the lack of quality. And skill of your techs. Do better work. Calling me a lier is not good.fact is it was repair with out parts

This service dept has now seen all 3 of my vehicles. Adam Meade is AWESOME, friendly and gets you the answers you need. Great guy overall and gets you checked in timely and on your way. Very familiar with our issues we experienced, again will always request him as my service guy. While your vehicle is there you will get updates from him without having to call in like a few other techs we had to do with. Adam is the one you want handling your needs here. Very professional overall place with customers.

It takes me a lot to leave a bad review. Unfortunately, that is the case here. I recently acquired a used van that had a Braun lift. I was very much willing to pay the $88 (after tax) diagnostic/checkup/maintenance service - which was told can utilize the techs up to 1 hour. The braun lift had the Threshold alarm going off, when no one was stepping on the threshold plate. The van was in their care for 10minutes - 15 TOPS. I as quoted over $1300 for a new threshold plate, sensor strips, and labor. That is fine - but I was expecting a deeper diagnosis. That's not the issue though - the problem is that they MISDIAGNOSED me completed, unethically quoting me for parts that were not faulty. Afterwards, I used common sense and decided to remove the threshold plate, wipe away dirt, which caused the sensor strips to operate normally. There was nothing wrong with my sensor strip or threshold plate. The dirt/debris from use was just causing pressure on the strips. This process took me 5 minutes. Surely if someone took in a product for a maintenance service/checkup you'd expect common sense service, and atleast some effort to look over it correctly? What service did I pay for then? I paid $88 for NOTHING. Now they won't return my phone calls or do the right thing and own up to their misdiagnosis.
