Excellent service! Everyone overly friendly toMe and my 4yr old son. They gave him coloring books and snacks and it was same day appt less than 1hr to have my Jeep serviced! Highly recommend !!

I had a headlight that went out last week and called Illderton. They got me in same day and already had the part. I got frequent updates from my tech Bobby and even was send a video from the tech that worked on my vehicle showing me the underside of my vehicle and details about suggested maintenance. They even washed my car before I got it back! This was an incredible experience and I would 1,000% return to Ilderton for all of my car needs!

I went in for a routine oil and filter change and they allowed me to bring my own oil and filter to use as I have been for years down in North Charleston SC! It's a great program they started at least 15 years ago as I'm on my second RAM bringing my own oil and filter in once the package oil changes runs out!Thanks to Zachary for allowing me to continue with the service in this manner! ?

The 3rd cylinder on my 2017 Promaster City was sending sensor warnings for misfire. I had a mechanic near my house check it. #3 plug was burned frosty white and the base was oily. I got new plugs put in and the coil swapped between them. I was advised to notify the dealer. I only had 55,450 miles, but my 5 years was up. Sadly, I only focused on my mileage due to my mechanic's concern. I called the dealer and made an appointment to have the misfire checked. I was fearing it would fail and I would lose 25% power on a crowded interstate. The service manager offered to check it out if I could leave it, I received a loaner and the service reception and loaner staff were efficient and helpful. I knew about the oil consumption recall on my car, but this was the first time I ever needed to add oil. I get changes every 5,000 miles. It was a quart low after 3,000 miles. If I had realized I had no warranty for the cylinder misfire, and only a chance at an engine through recall, I wouldn't have added the oil. Short end to a long back story, I had to take my vehicle back home and still need to drive the 1500 miles for the consumption test. If my engine doesn't lose "enough" oil, I'm still stuck with a burned up 3rd cylinder and no way to pay for a repair on social security, much less an engine, but this dealer didn't sell me or service my car. I want to add that the service manager wanted me to be able to receive an engine and kindly stayed in touch with me about the work on it. In fact when the recall letters went out in 2021, this dealership was the only one to contact me about the test. He started the oil test with 50 miles of his own test driving to assure me the engine was running well. I was treated respectfully by every staff member, from check in/out to phone calls on status. If I got the engine, I would have made this a 5 star review. Hopefully, in time, that may happen.

I needed to get an oil change on my 2022 RAM Limited, Ilderton had a discount coupon on their website, I called and spoke with Bobby in service, he said come on in for the oil change, when I got there he was quick to get the paperwork done and the truck in for the oil change, it took 30 minutes and it was done. I went out to the truck and found the running boards were not working, I tried the different programming options to get them working and couldn’t figure it out. I went back in and the service manager Sabrina was at the service desk, she had me bring the truck back inside and they got one of their technicians on it immediately, turns out the lube tech turned off the operation so the running boards so they didn’t get damaged on the hoist but forgot to turn them back on.In short, Bobby did a great job getting me in for the oil change and Sabrina was on site to get the issue resolved quickly and with a smile, Ilderton did a great job for a fair price and provided quick friendly service.Thank you Bobby, Sabrina and the rest of the team!Cheers, Bruce.

My Service Tech, Bobby St. George, did an excellent job getting my truck serviced and back to me in a timely manner. I had told Bobby that the family and I were heading out of town in the next couple of days and I had to have my RAM back to haul my trailer. I needed oil changed, headlight burnt-out, State Inspection and something leaking under my truck. Come to find out it was the oil cooling housing leaking. I asked Bobby if he was going to be able to get this done in the time frame we had spoken about. He said he would stay on top of it and keep me updated periodically, which he did. Bobby went above and beyond what I was expecting and got my truck to me right on time. I'm going to be needing tires in the next month or so. Bobby told me to come by and see him when I need the tires. I told him I would definitely be buying my tires from him and Ilderton. Great job Bobby! Thanks

Charged me 600 dollars to replace a 12v battery. Thought my starter went out, but after they first tested the battery to find the problem, they slapped on 300 dollar "diagnostic" fee. Would've overlooked the 100 dollar overpriced battery, but that's not enough for these thieves. Always used and trusted them for service, never had a 300 dollar "diagnostic" fee, and just to check a battery. Added bonus, got treated like a criminal when trying to checkout. Apparently they cut me a "deal" at that. Previously satisfied customer, but left disgusted today.

These people sold me a 2016 car in 2020 with screwed up brakes and it wasn't worth it for me to claim them and with old tires and it wasn't worth it to repay them either! Be careful with these people. PURE SCAM!This is the worst as a dealer to sell used cars, I recommend that you run well and check with a trusted mechanic before signing a contract with these people, none of them work, more if they see you Hispanic, I SPEAK FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE!AND I HAVE THE PROOFS!I hope God punishes everyone involved for scammers!Of course, I have only seen that its non-Hispanic people are the ones who leave happy ? for having bought thereI'm sure they know exactly who I am.They know that this was the case, they are aware and they did not even apologize, they thought that I could not pay, but nevertheless this car was fully paid for 2 years later. These people in my opinion are pure GARBAGE!They told me to run the car around alone because of the pandemic, I believed it, when I took long roads I realized the horrible sound it makes in the front tires when I hit the brakes. It still does and I've fixed everything and it won't go away. pure scama white guy said he was going to change my old tires, 2 years later I had to change them myself, they blew up on the roads. it was my worst experience. They fought so hard to convince me to buy from them on a Saturday night and on Monday morning I went back to return their car and they did not want to return mine. the guy who sold it to me told me: I'M NOT GOING TO REFUND YOU ANYTHING! I will never go back there and I do not recommend it to anyone!They answer to non-Hispanic people and tell them to go to fix their car. I am Hispanic, yes, I emigrated from one country to this one. However, people who emigrate from another continent call us immigrants. The money ? that I earn for my work is in dollars because I work here. Nobody gives it to me. you lost, not me.14,000 used car and with more problems than an old cot, your excuses do not solve anything for me. thanks a lot.Apart from me, I never felt discrimination. What I decide to give matters is one thing and another is not my responsibility for the thoughts of others. If there aren't people trained to do their job, it's not my problem. And if a business doesn't train its employees and let them know that thanks to the customers their business is moving for better or worse, that's their problems. My problem is not to go back to places where they think that because I am a woman, from a certain community I don't know where I no longer need to go back.

Update: 8/28/23- I am adjusting my review to address a situation I just dealt with.I purchased the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica about two weeks ago and had to call AAA this morning because the car wouldn’t start. The driver realized quickly it was the battery and when he went to jump it, we saw that this van was sold with the original battery, 9/17. Prior to the purchase, our salesman (who we don’t fault) assured us that the car had been looked over carefully for any potential problems. Apparently this is actually not true. This vehicle should never have been sold with the original battery which is now 6 years old because, regardless of whether the battery still had some juice in at the time of the sale, any mechanic worth their salt would have known that a 6 year old battery was on its way to the battery graveyard.Because of the shortsightedness of whoever checked this car, I lost work hours, had to deal with the stress and frustration of a broken down car, and lost some trust in this dealership.Original post: After the untimely demise of our vehicle, I spent hours scouring the internet for an affordable vehicle with lower miles. It was a very sobering task because everything I found was way over what we could afford and the mileage was much higher than was feasible for a used vehicle. Then I found the vehicle that fit our needs at Ilderton. I did my research, was confident that the listed price was a fair one, asked Edgar Padilla several questions via text, and then went into the showroom. Ron Owens was terrific and made the unplanned purchase less painful than it could have been under the circumstances (not planning on a car purchase). Everything went very smoothly and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Great experience!

UPDATE 8-20-23: Brandon my sales rep has been incredible with not only follow up to make sure I’m happy with our new truck but also finding my wife’s glasses she left in our trade in. Very personable guy and definitely recommend seeing him. I also feel like the service department has really tried to make me feel at home and also make sure I’m taken care of. Very pleased.UPDATE 8-4-23: I’ve got to give credit where credit is due. Not to mention I was fuming yesterday due to the conversation I had with their service department so I should have waited 24-48 hours before I made the review but I digress. I’ve been dealing with Ilderton for years….. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from them within a five year period and every single time I’ve always felt like they did their best to take care of me. The only downside is they will keep you there for a while lol. I’ve used their service department a hand full of times over the years and I can honestly say it’s great when you’re here in person but I think their phone people are in a whole other office because the people here in person are usually very good. Ok so now to the real update….. so I came in today to get my inspection and everyone here acted like I was the best customer they’ve ever had haha. It truly made me feel some kinda way. I felt both good and awkward at the same time ? but not because anything they did, but because I spoke on behalf of their entire dealership for one persons actions. Anyways, long story short they definitely went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and like they did actually care about helping me in my current vehicle…. Even if I wasn’t going to buy another one that day. Thanks Ilderton you guys are pretty great all the way around.Leaving original review for reflection purposes: I think it’s interesting that I’m called by this dealership constantly with them trying to talk me into to trading in my vehicle but when I call them for a service issue, they’re rude, short (so much for customer service unless they’re making big money off you ?) and provide absolutely zero help. One or two word answers for everything and even a simple battery issue will take at least 3 days to get to. What a joke. We’ve purchased vehicles from this dealership in the last few years and never again. Kernersville Dodge will treat me right though, so no worries.

I Had a very bad experience at another dealer, the one I purchased my Ram 3500 from. My check engine light had come on and they couldn’t get me in for over a month to even look at it. Advised that I don’t drive it in the interim. I had also been on a wait list for a recall for several months. When I called to scheduled an appointment at Ilderton, they scheduled me for 3 days later. They were able to get all the work done that was needed, including the recall in less than 48 hours. They will have all of my business moving forward!

Bought a new jeep -- the sales guy was completely done with me after the sale !! What a scum bag bunch!! I'll never buy from them again never !! Treat your customers with respect should be the way of business. Not with this dealership. They despise there customer!! So Beware if this place.
