I don't think I'm going back. Stressful process. And not getting to use my coupon was my main thing and on top of the fees that I didn't know I was going off total I was given. I also paid like I guess $500+ dollars to know that I only get back $25 I don't like the sign one time an it signs stuff you don't know or want and very little info. Now receive paper from IRS and first file I said my kids been file they where reput in on again smh. If it would except ni stars that's what I would put.

I wanna give a shout out to the kivett location in high point,they went far and beyond helping me with my taxes and the big mess up that occurred previous years at another location,I was very hesitant to coming back to Jackson Hewitt but now after visiting with the kivett location I will definitely continue my services with Jackson Hewitt, they will make sure everything is thoroughly correct and they are absolutely honest and will contact the IRS personally and figure out the issues so thank you ladies, and looking forward to next year with yall! AWESOME!!!

The tax professional, Phyllis Bowman was AWESOM E!! She was very knowledgeable, caring and easy to talk to. She prepared our taxes professionally and made sure that her work was correct before submitting it. She even gave us pointers for next tax season!!
