HORRIFIC - when you call their number it goes direct to a voicemail that doesn’t even say their business name, they NEVER call you back, and when you try to submit an inquiry on their portal it doesn’t submit. Been trying to call them about my couch warranty to get my couch fixed and ZERO RESPONSE.

There is no way to contact this company regarding your furniture. I bought it from Costco and have an issue with the furniture. The contact number costco gave me does not work and their number on their site does not work. The information form to fill out for information also does not work. I would not recommend purchasing their products.

I bought a $6000 kuka sectional from art van. They charged me about $700 for full warranty and repair service. It's been only 2 and half years and Art Van went bankrupt and Kuka is NOT picking up their phone. DONT buy their furniture. It's a rip off!

I bought $3200 worth of their furniture two years ago. So far the leather is getting rough on the recliner which has also broken.I purchased it from a large well-known company in my area, Art Van, who went out of business shortly after I purchased these pieces.I bought a 5 year warranty and paid $500 for it!I just found out who made these pieces and finally can complain!

Horrible horrible customer service - I have left 7 voice mail messages and NO ONE has bothered to call me back. I bought a sectional from Macy's - Jolene in midnight blue and want to buy additional pillows. I am going to contact Macy's and tell them what a terrible company this is and they should not be dong business with them.

I have been trying to get in contact with this manufacturer and cannot find any customer service numbers anywhere. The "contact us" link on their website takes you to another page to fill out your personal information, and then upon trying to submit the request, the page doesn't load. This is horrible customer service. I really need my sofa fixed and want to go through the manufacturer directly. Yet, no success. So, if you want reliable customer service in the future of your furniture, don't buy from Kuka.
