Have tried to activate a gift card for months. Can not get anyone to help. Called card services and Lowe's on North main Street multiple... Multiple ... Multiple times and never talk to anyone. I would not recommend anyone but a gift card for Lowe's. At this point I feel like they stole the number off the card and used it for themselves. Thanks a lot this was my husband's birthday present but, home Depot will get our money from now and beyond. Going to spread the word.
You replied to this post but, guess what no one answers the phone number that you left on the reply. Go figure!!!!0

I seriously hate everything about this Lowes . Asked 2 associates, standing next to each other, for the location of an item and they point to the back wall. Five minutes later I am back asking the same two the same question with zero assistance and the same answer. Ended up going to Home Depot, in and out in 5 minutes.
Lowe's has become the Dollar General of box stores.

Matt was extremely helpful.!!!! He got us quick help when only 1 person was working the appliance section. He stepped up to help us order 1 washer, 1 dryer, delivery to our home etc. Thank you Matt!!!!! You were great, knowlegable & helped when we were kinda in a time crunch. He deserves recoginition & maybe a RAISE!!! Very sweet and professional.

Went 10/11/24. App showed product in stock. App directed me to wrong aisle. When found correct isle, product not in stock. Asked employee to tell management App needs work. Was brushed off. Will try Home Depot first

Was needing help with supplies, Lady at front register called to get us help and said we'd need to bring back on Cart.4guys standing there, one said I would need to load on a cart( I guess their forklift was broke) we're talking about 25 bags of fiberglass insulation.
Had to go to the parking lot to find a cart, came back in and me and my helper loaded 2 carts, went back to check out ( Then)was asked if we needed help loading our trailer....
Thanks but we got it.
I can understand sometimes being busy but it was slow and usually we don't have an issue with getting help ...but today????

Today was the third time I came in to buy lumber in last month or so. Decided to leave and go to home Depot and I think from now on Home Depot should be my first choice for any home improvement purchases. The Lowe's store is clearly understaffed or staffed with people who do not care. My bet is the hours get cut to grease management bonuses and customer service is suffering. Price tags are missing, lumber is low and if you want something less inferior you have to climb all the way to the back to sort through few remaining 2x4s. Just not a good experience. And yes I wouldn't recommend to a friend.
