Called store before driving 35 miles to pick up order. Was put on hold IMMEDIATELY! Was on hold a full 9 minutes the first time. Not good customer service at all! Took 4 calls to actually get someone to answer the call.

The lady who cut the wood was too talkative! Yet, the rest of the crew was very knowledgeable and friendly! It didn't take long to get what we needed! It was an awesome visit!

I needed a particular piece of hardware Lowe's had listed with a quantity of 10 showing in stock. After driving from one end of town to the other to pick up the item, the location listed was incorrect, and not a single one was available or there. The sales person seemed to be inconvenienced while attempting to help us, and not a single cash register was manned with a cashier. I don't know why they can't have cashiers available instead of self checkout.Bad attitudes, lack of inventory control, and no personal touches means finding another place to shop.

I have had the worst experience with Lowes. I ordered a fridge on 8/24/23 from Lowe’s website. The delivery date was going to be on 9/6/23. I ordered the fridge from Lowe’s instead of Home Depot due to delivery time. Fridges at the time were same price on both websites. I currently have a newborn so I decided to order fridge from Lowe’s since it has the quickest delivery date. On 9/5(day before delivery)I receive an email saying that my fridge delivery was delayed and the new date would have been 9/22/23. I was devastated due to inconvenience of not having a fridge and waiting an additional 16 days to get my fridge. I contacted Lowes customer service and they were so unhelpful and it seemed that they didn’t not care of the situation. Only thing they told me is that they could not do anything about it. I just didn’t understand how a customer has to pay the price for delays due Lowes having issues with vendor. After my conversation with Lowes representative I waited patiently for 9/22/23. On 9/21/23 I receive a call of another delay for the fridge. Rep could not tell me when my fridge will arrive and offered no solutions. I requested to speak to manager and I was just transferred and was placed on hold until they hung up phone. I was so shocked in how Lowes, which is a big time home improvement retailer can offer such poor customer service and not care about their customers concerns. If the fridge can not be expedited what can Lowes offer as compensation for this dilemma.
