“My 80 year old brother-in-law lost his wallet while in the hospital with 5 broken ribs. It apparently was in the linens on his hospital bed in Greenville NC and was subsequently transported to HandcraftServices. Kayla White found his wallet after it had gone through the wash at the High Point location. Using info from his drivers license, she exerted great effort in tracking down his phone number and left a message for him. After hearing her message on his home phone answering machine, I was able to contact Kayla to arrange the return of the wallet, which contained several credit cards and a sizeable amount of cash. Once again, Kayla went above and beyond in her efforts to make sure it was returned in a manner acceptable to me and to her company. My brother-in/law arrived back home today after 3 weeks of hospitalization & rehab - and his wallet, with the contents intact, was waiting for him, thanks to Kayla. All too often we hear stories these days about people scamming and taking advantage of elderly people. But Kayla is the type of person who renews our faith in others through her exhibition of honesty, integrity, high moral character, and compassion for others. She is to be commended for the excellent representation of her company’s business model and mission!”

“In this world of widespread medical understaffing, I had grown accustomed to poor customer service. Then Rotech Highpoint entered my scene. What a wonderful difference!My medical contact had been dragging her feet in getting my broken CPAP replaced--when all it needed was a faxed request. She ignored 5+ months of my desperate pleas.Then Rotech High Point rescued me. They sent Eric Walsh, a customer rep (CR), to her office and got the info, and I got my new equipment in 3 days. When I told Mr. Walsh I could not drive (I am 82 and have visibility issues), he hand-delivered the new equipment, explained it, set it up, and demonstrated it. Good results from the first night! Rotech has always been very responsive in replacing my equipment, and Mr. Walsh meets their high professional standard.Since he delivered the equipment, I have emailed him several times with questions and he has always responded promptly, thoroughly, and knowledgeably.My dealings with their website have also been successful. In my experience, Rotech High Point is a customer-centered organization, and I am happy and relieved to work with them.”
