My cellphone was tossed into dirty linen while I was having an emergency c-section and weeklong hospital stay, and NICU admission with our first child. My husband was able to use location tracking to track my phone to the High Point location and we were able to send an email about lost items. Kayla contacted us back and worked with us one-on-one to find and return my phone. The driver who met my husband was so kind as well.
