“My 80 year old brother-in-law lost his wallet while in the hospital with 5 broken ribs. Kayla White found his wallet after it had gone through the wash at the High Point location. Using info from his drivers license, she exerted great effort in tracking down his phone number and left a message for him. After hearing her message on his home phone answering machine, I was able to contact Kayla to arrange the return of the wallet, which contained several credit cards and a sizeable amount of cash. Once again, Kayla went above and beyond in her efforts to make sure it was returned in a manner acceptable to me and to her company. My brother-in/law arrived back home today after 3 weeks of hospitalization & rehab - and his wallet, with the contents intact, was waiting for him, thanks to Kayla. All too often we hear stories these days about people scamming and taking advantage of elderly people. But Kayla is the type of person who renews our faith in others through her exhibition of honesty, integrity, high moral character, and compassion for others.
