Dr. Faxed orders twice over 3-4 week period. No one ever contacted me.I called and they do not accept Humana's HMO coverage just the ppp plan.I got their name from Humana.They claimed they never received first fax.Why couldn't they call me and tell me they couldn't accept Humana????They suck.

The tech who brought our equipment in late May was good, but otherwise, time-consuming run-arounds & repeated delays to get it picked up & returned.Too, bed extender arrived so many weeks late that we had quit needing the bed by then.

Very polite and answered all of my concerns. Shipped equipment to me much faster than I intended. Very happy overall with service.
