    So far the service has been great. We met George at the hospital and he was very patient with my mother who was receiving oxygen for the first time. Austin brought her oxygen to the house quickly and was very informative and friendy.

    WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Fraudulent billing! Deliveries after midnight! The guy who picked up the equipment after my husband was cleared from needing oxygen threatened our dog that was in a back bedroom with the door shut!

    Horrible experience with this office. 4 days trying to get DME equipment for my uncle to constantly be given the runaround. It's sad that people cannot get service they are trying to pay for because you verify orders then lose them and deny they were ever sent.
