I went to this store to get information to get a new phone service carrier and this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had ever in any business. Eventually I called metropcs from the store trying to get help and the customer service person attending there didn’t want to speak with them either. And they filed a complaint against this person because of this extremely bad customer care.
