The lady with no name tags & rude told us several lies. Sold us two static in both lines phones, muting and dropping call phone. In 1 hour we had called cs and told we can return phones with Metro Promise. The girl was talking very unprofessional and after having Customer service on phone they asked for her name & employee I.D. she refused went to back of store. I was trying to also speak on speaker for with Oscar but they would not return the two phones. This was a horrible experience and highly do not recommend this store. I am working with corporate to get my money back.

Was being helped by a employee named Aya and she was trying to make me spend excessive amount of money when I walked in to get my 8 year old son a cheap phone.she got a attitude with her coworker who was trying to help me,I could not understand her because she had a accent ,her coworker tried to help her and she screamed at him,she was very unprofessional and rude.trying to force me to open a new line. Worst customer service I've seen in my life,she should not be working there ,I'ma call customer service and cancel my service,and let them know how horrible she was.

worst place to get any kind of service , scam ya daily and lie about your bill, so if you don't want to get hustled and lie to go somewhere else. worked here as well and got let go because the manager was on her period and was moody,even tho I had great sales and did my best

Worst business, they use your personal info and used it for personal matters. The owner cancelled my line and use my info without my permission because of personal matters
