This location says that they can not take bill payments if I do not have the physical phone with me although the phone is in my name and I have the 8 digit passcode. This is complete nonsense. The phone is my mothers who is elderly and lives in another city the Fairfield location in High Point NC should be closed down they do not help and the customer service sucks. I spoke to Jasmine who says that she will lose her job if she takes my payment without the phone being in hand she said this was a corporate policy although I went to a different location and was able to pay I. Cash twice and even over the phone they ask if you would like to get a list of locations. This is my second time dealing with Jasmine (she has a tattoo on left eyebrow with the name Keisha. She is a Caucasian heavy set female with blonde hair short cut) I will complain to corporate about this because this is not a corporate policy.

Amir worked on getting my service switched from Straight Talk. He did everything needed to get my account right with MetroPCS. It seemed like my old provider was trying to block this transaction. He got my wife and myself right!!!

The guy that works at Metro is Mustafa. He makes my day so much easier when I go there and I truly appreciate his hospitality, as well as his professionalism.

There’s a new worker there, looks like he takes advantage of his job position, we asked for help on a phone and he didn’t even take time to help at all, he refused service and decided to get on a long call having a good laugh, we were the only people there, completely ignorant.

I got to this store even before they were suppose to close and the guy working there had already locked the door and seemed very unconcerned about my phone bill needing to get paid. The thing was that it was the last day of the cycle. I would recommend going with a different location or service provider.

I switch carriers from cricket to metro by T-Mobile. I was charged 170$. TCL 5g Is only $19.99 and Rate plan 50$ plus activation. She over charged me. Steal my money. I asked for a receipt she said she was out of printer paper got away with that excuse. I do not recommend this store watch out on your prices.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Woman working the store whether she is the owner or an employee has a serious attitude problem. I come in the store to ask some questions about service plans and phones. I was gave nothing but sarcastic answers and a sorry attitude. As I walked around the store and was looking at phones she stood behind her desk huffing and puffing the entire time I was there to the point I just left and walked out because I got tired of hearing it. I guess because I didn't want the highest plan they had to offer and wasn't trying to blow my money on stuff I don't use I wasn't going to get any assistance from her. I WILL NOT be going back to this store or giving them my business. I would advise others to stay away from this place. Check out your other options. Save yourself the time and headache of having to deal with someone with such a bad vibe and sorry attitude and attiveness to a potential customer.

Thank you to Marleni Guzman at the store on Fairfield in High Point. This was the second cell phone store i went to. What made me decide to get service with MetroPCS is that she was interested, informative, and patient. Great job!

Incorrect number listed. Was told by a different location there is no listed number and you have to go there in person. Which is unacceptable.

This store deserves zero stars. On 09/03/19 my 67 year old mother visited the store to purchase a new phone. Seemed simple enough so i thought. She was greeted with rudeness, the employee did not explain the process, they charged her $105 and sent her out the store in tears. This store has poor quality merchandise, extremely poor customer service, and have no respect for the senior citizens of our community. I filed a complaint with FTC and with BBB. TBC....
