I honestly can't even begin to express how wonderful and big of a Blessing this vet is! Took my fur baby there yesterday for the first time because I'm new to the area and needed my pup to be seen rite away due to waking up and he couldn't walk on his back legs. I called numerous vets and everyone was eather booked up or couldn't see him the same day. I called High point Veterinary and they were more then willing to work him in that morning and did. There services were beyond any expectations, there professionalism was outstanding, there friendliness and desire to help in any way with there customers and welcomed fur babies is wonderful! They went above and beyond in every way with my dog and examined him with pure heart and care going the extra mile with everything they done to make sure he was ok in every way. They ABSOLUTELY care far more about your fur babies then they do any money and let me tell you, that's very hard to find. I can't thank them enough for all they done for my pup and me! You guys are awesome & will be my Forever vet for now on out! Thank you so much

Zero Stars!!!! We took my Frenchton in for a visit to see if she was pregnant February 28th. They said no she's not. That evening at 6pm she calls & said I'm sorry we were busy & I didn't take the time but she's pregnant. We'll bring back Monday & X-ray again to see how many pups. & schedule the c-section April 11th. Bc that was 63 days from February 7th when she conceived. Ten mins later she called back & said the Dr would be on vacation the week of the 11th so we needed to move it to April 6th bc that was still a good window for the pups & dr would know Monday April 4th if they were ready.(they said they were & there was 3-4 pups) Today is April 6th, Dr Diego called me around 2:00pm & said he was sorry but all pups died. he said I second guessed the surgery bc she was not swollen but she was losing mucus (she's been doing that for 4 days) so I went ahead and did the surgery. There was 5 pups but they needed at least a few more days, they barely had any fur & couldn't breath. They worked on them but they couldn't save them. We picked our dog up at 4:30pm & they charged my husband the full amount. I said I want to speak with a manager. they sent me to a room away from everyone where we spoke. The dr Wasn't very apologetic he just looked stunned by his practices mistakes & refunded $300 of the bill. I don't think we owed them anything. They cut my dog for no reason, lost $6000 worth of puppies & cost me several hundred dollars for what!?? Do not take your babies here.

I have used this vet for my dogs for over 10 years. I had a terrible experience with boarding my dog there twice in the last 60 days. They didn't follow the feeding instructions even though I provided typed instructions. Only half of the directions were implemented. In addition the space was not ready when I arrived with my pet and I had to wait over an hour when I picked up my pet. They are now under new ownership and the difference is very apparent. I will not be using there services again.

They did a great job grooming my dog Charlie. He is high maintenance as he needs to be sedated from his anxiety. This place did the sedation, hair wash and cut for a good price. I felt bad because he scratched one of the ladies. We really appreciate you doing this for us because our dog hates my husband for a few weeks after getting his hair shaved. He gets so anxious hearing the hair shaver. He was happy to be clean and not hot for the summer.

Called due an allergic reaction for my dog. Sat in the parking lot for over 75 minutes without even being acknowledged. After reading Facebook reviews of this place, I'm glad my dog didn't get seen here. Will not be back. Skeet Club Vet is so much better in service and friendliness.

I am not one to post a negative review, however I would never recommend High Point Veterinary Hospital. I arrived for my appointment and called 20 times with no answers and I was hung up on 3 times. Horrible customer service and my dog is nervous now when we arrive. If they treat these animals like they treat their owners, I would never take any of my fur babies here. This is just unacceptable, horrible vet to go to. Do yourself and your fur baby a favor and go somewhere else!

Unprofessional and harm your pets rather then help. Please go somewhere else and read the reviews ON FACEBOOK before you go. Just read the reviews this facility has. Very disheartening ALSO THEY WERE JUST RATED 4.3 STARS. and somehow changed it to 5 stars within 24 hrs on facebook? This is strange as I can only write a recommendation and facebook won't let you rate them on your account??

If you love your animal and care about their well being please don't take them to this place. They wrongfully injected an animal and it passed away due to their negligence. They are now not accepting the responsibility and trying to pass it off on the pet owner.
