So I stop this morning to fill up the car, get coffee (BTW the coffe was horrible) and two packs of cigarettes. I was under the delusion. I was under the delusion of expecting to use the restroom after spending $75 but They don’t allow access to the general public. They have been out of order for the past year so they say. One of the ladies who works there said the manager thinks it’s too much of a hassle to keep them clean so they just lock them.

Some items expensive except they have the cheapest gas and cigarettes deals around. They also have an app you can earn points on to use to buy certain products and they also have drive deals they offer if u buy so may of a certain product.. only reason I give it three stars is because they are always slow checking you out they will literally have two managers and two regular workers they'll put one in the parking lot cleaning and one working running the register why the managers either stop little couple things here and there count products or just stand around while the line is literally running out of the door it literally can take up to 15 to 20 minutes standing in line to get checked out when they only have one person on register.

While the gas price is, in fact, one of the cheapest around, there is no restroom facility at this location available and hasn't been for quite some time. There are out of order signs on the doors. This is unacceptable in a convenience store especially when a purchase is made. We think, in fact, that the employees do not want to clean the restrooms. They have been "out of order" since the early Fall of 2022.

I got 50.03 cents worth of gas at this place and it took a hundred off my card had to go inside to get my receipt glad I did I got it to it's 50.03 on recept and my bank says it took a 100.00 don't know if I'd use a card here .

Murphy Express typically has the lowest prices for fuel in our area (High Point). We also get good mileage using its regular grade fuel. My suggestion is that people go to fuel up mid-morning or mid-afternoon and avoid times when everyone is getting off work. Those times are busiest and they may have to wait for a bit.

The most painfully SLLLLOWWWW pump have ever seen. I need diesel for my bus and it is difficult enough finding a station with diesel that I can fit into, I came here and it took over an hour to pump 60 gallons. I still needed more fuel (many stations cut the sale at certain amounts) so I put the card in again and this time the pump didn't even start. I gave up and left and will somewhere else to finish. Clearly a poorly maintained station.

Rude, lazy employees. Always long lines and slow service. Closes early every time you turn around, fully staffed or not. Don't waste your time stopping here, it's not worth the little you save. I've learned to just go elsewhere unless I'm on the north end of town, then I'll go to that Murphy's.

This gas station is the worst, avoid it at all cost, customer service doesn't exist and they have by far the dumbest policy I've ever heard of when buying product, don't go here for gas or anything
