I would give this place a 0!! I got my lashes done on Thursday, went home and they were feeling terrible so I went back the next day. She said she cut them down and I did feel SOME relief. The next day I’m having the same systems: watery red eyes, crust and so much more. Saturday I went to another lash tech and he felt so bad and said she put them way to close to my lash line. These folks here don’t know what they are doing! Save your eyes and don’t go here!! Plus they are have covid practices which our outdated! Go here at your own risk!! I really wish I took pics!! I called and she said no refunds etc which is fine. I just want to save everyone else’s eyes from this

The best place in High Point NC. I go to Karin who does my lashes & to Steven who does my nails. Very quiet place. I appreciate that they take health & safety (handwashing/mask) & the spa experience seriously (quiet environment, not a lot of people & kids). I am very satisfied with my services.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
I debated leaving this review, but after my last visit, I had enough. I’ve given this salon three chances, and each time was a complete disappointment.
First, their acrylic application is cheap and rushed. I pointed out a crack in my nail that needed fixing, and instead of addressing it properly, they just brushed over it, unsurprisingly, it cracked again immediately. I had to go to another salon just to get them fixed properly. No cuticle care, no base coat, just sloppy work.
On top of that, the attitude in this shop is terrible. The staff act like they don’t have time for anything, and apparently, only one person in the entire place can do nail art? Unacceptable.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, I also got lash extensions, which turned out to be a painful, embarrassing disaster. I specifically requested natural, flared lashes and paid for mink lashes, yet what I got looked cheap, plastic, and completely overdone, like a cartoon character. When I told the tech I hated them, she laughed and said she couldn’t remove them for a few days. I had already prepaid (including a tip) and felt like crying as soon as I got to my car.
Every experience here has been awful. Save yourself the frustration, go to Diamond Nails down the street instead!

Strip Lashes placed way to close almost beneath lash line causing a very unpleasant experience. Not going to return and I would advise anyone else not to go here

Do not visit this place for lash services! I am having a bad reaction to the glue, which she says was because of latex. I've never had a problem before. Karin also won't refund any part of the service and then charges an additional $10 to remove the lashes (this should be discounted). Not considering that she told me to go buy benadryl which cost money as well. Part of owning a business is customer service and taking care of your clients, which means you might have to discount services when things go wrong. They don't care at all about repeat business.
Oh and don't bring your phone because you can't use it. Horrible experience

I wanted lashes, mani, and pedi. While working on my nails, I had to overhear the employees ask someone else if they had a latex allergy prior to getting lashes. No one asked me prior to starting my services, and if I hadn't overheard that conversation, they would have proceeded to do my lashes, and I could have lost my eyesight because I have a severe latex allergy. And then to top it off, you can't take phone calls in the building. If the employees aren't talking to me, why can't I talk to someone else, like my Dad, on his birthday. Plus, they left my hands soaking in the acetone or some chemical for almost 45 minutes! My fingers hurt for two days after. I called prior to the visit, and the person answering demanded a $50 deposit over the phone! Build a website with a secure payment system instead of weirdly asking for card info over the phone. I certainly didn't pay that. Even further, as i sat there, several calls came in about appointments, and no one else was asked to make a deposit. Also please note that every thing has a separate charge, cut n file $7, polish $10, remove polish $5 and then a pedicure is $25. That doesnt make much sense. A basic pedicure should include at least cutting the toenails. Overall, it was a bad, expensive experience and I won't return.
