Been going here since I got my car a few years ago and my personal mechanic recommended them. Never had a single bad experience and they are always so kind and professional even when I’m rambling about what’s wrong with my car haha. They also don’t talk to me like I’m dumb, which is alwayssss appreciated at any car place as a woman. 10/10,, I’ve recommended them to my friends as well.

Went to get alignment done on my truck. Saw dude flying down the road fast as hell in my truck like 6 freakin times!! Got the truck back and they said they couldn't help me and it wasn't alignment issue....

I've been going to TireMax for years - Stokesdale, Summerfield and High Point Oak Hollow location. Erik at Oak Hollow has been very helpful with my car and explained all the options moving forward with maintenance. Would def recommend this place!

Very professional service. I went there to patch one of my front tires. After inspecting it, they informed me it was not repairable and offered me a good price on a new replacement tire. The wait time was a bit long, but the customer service was great. They have a clean waiting area with clean restrooms, a vending machine, and a TV. Erik, in particular, did a really great job.

Erik at TireMax is amazing. I almost panicked but Erik was able to calm my nerves. I night dropped my moms car & keys off at the Greensboro Road location. Only to find out the next day when I called to check on the car that they had moved to Eastchester and no longer using the Greensboro Road facility. THANKFULLY - Erik told me they still had access to that location, would go get the keys, and pick up the car. Thank you, Erik for your calming customer service!

This place is top notch and very customer friendly. I came in with a flat, and even though they were busy, Hugh still took care of me and had my flat tire plugged and ready to go in less than 30 minutes! Not only was the customer service exceptional, the repair was free of charge! Will definitely return if I need tires in the future.

Excellent and Honest. This customer care at TireMax in High Point is intentional. Today the staff bent over backwards for me and my family to make sure our vehicle was right. Eric at the front desk was understanding, and made it happen for us. They know what they are doing.

I had 1230 pm appointment. I checked in and waited.It was 1pm and had not been called.I was told next in line.Another ten minutes and they pulled my car back.As I waited I noticed about 5 to six workers at a Roter Rooter truck talking..The service was much better at prior location.All I needed was a light bulb changed.
