I had new brakes and rotors put on my 2016 Acura RDX 10 months ago. They did not return my tire key. Then, I had a chirping sound coming from the left front for the 4 months. Took the car to another mechanic and found out that Tire Max put inner brake pads on the wrong side of the car. Left was on right, right was on left. Also, they did not grease the pins properly. I will never take another vehicle to this establishment again. Buyer beware!

Jay was fabulous today, and everyone here is super helpful. I've been here several times, and everyone is always super honest and up front about what is needed with my car. As a woman who knows a bit about cars, if i come in with an issue i've never been dismissed or talked down to about it either, which sounds like a weird compliment but it's an issue i've encountered other places. Never here tho ☺️ THANKS all! I'll certainly continue to come back ☺️

Jay was so helpful today. I was stressed out about my tire today. I had wonderful customer service and I was advised to get a set of 4 tires which I did and everything was done promptly. Im satisfied with my tires and I will be returning due to great customer service.

This is second time I brought my car back. They did tires for me last September and this time I was having an issue with my m i l light coming on. We figured it was spark plugs and coils but they did a thorough check and determined it was a computer issue. I appreciate their honesty and Jay and Travis were exceptionally great to work with!

My total experience today was absolutely wonderful with a high level of professionalism and service. When I walked in the door the customer care person greeted me with a smile and asked how can she help me. She was very knowledgeable and all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this service center (A+)!

BUYER BEWARE.I came back here a second time because the first visit was a pleasant experience. This second visit around was awful. Tire prices are excessive and when we decided not to go with Oak Hollow, they did not give us the right tire back. I believe this would be called theft. Disappointing.

Went here for an inspection. Was going to leave and come back the next day. They were able to get it done the same day with a minimal wait. Very courteous staff and even pull your car around front for you. Thank you Tire Max. Will continue to use your services.

So disappointed in our most recent experience with Oak Hollow Tire and Care Center. We have used them religiously when we lived in High Point and would even try to use them as often as we could when we moved to Greensboro. (we moved to the Burlington side of Greensboro)\nAfter talking to a friend, he was raving about them once again and we took off work to take it back to OHTCC. They told us we needed rotors and new control arms. What went from $300 went to $1200, but not a problem, we needed them.\nWithin two weeks, my steering wheel was shaking when applying the brakes. My husband has taken it back three different times and was told we needed to replace the front tires, after talking him into paying for an alignment. We replaced the front tires, only for the shaking to still be occurring. I told my husband several times, that is not the problem, the rotors are warped and they need to replace them. We ended up getting a second and a third opinion that came back with the same info, the rotors needed to be replaced. They have finally agreed to replace the rotors, but have now told us we will need to pay for the break pads as they are worn. We had those replaced about a month prior to them replacing rotors and control arms. They also told us they had to shave those down a bit when they put the rotors on. This whole experience has been so saddening to me. They are a small business. Small businesses are the backbone of this country. If they keep doing business this way, they won't have a business to worry about. I admittedly was very upset and did raise my voice. Of course the brake pads need to be replaced. I've been driving with bad rotors for the past two months.

I called last minute to get my inspection completed. From the moment I called to driving away was less than 45 minutes! Great service and friendly staff!
