This place is a joke. I made an appointment on 2/14 for 4/2 (the earliest they could get me in) then received a text that it was cancelled on 3/24. So, I tried to make another appointment for 5/3 (again, the earliest they could get me in) and I just received another text that this one was also cancelled. I already had to go to urgent care for waiting so long, and now it seems like I'll never get in. Going somewhere else.

I do not have insurance so I had to pay $250 for a visit where I spoke to a rude PA and was told she needs X-rays medical records etc even WITH a referral from my specialist, a referral wasn't good enough! I told her I had no issues with that but it should've been relayed to me what was needed before my $250 consult which was 5 mins. I have never felt so humiliated in my life!! I asked if I get the information once I came back would I have to pay since this visit was for NOTHING she said yes maam. I was so upset I walked out I feel like I was robbed and taken completel advantage of! I have no insurance due to a layoff and to have to pay $250 for NOTHING!??? I will NEVER be back and will let others know as well!! This place is unethical, rude and unprofessional! Save your time and money and DO NOT GO HERE!

TB test I called to receive a TB test done for schoo. I called to make sure that my insurance would cover, they told me YES. I got my TB test done and they sent me a bill. Unfortunatel, i was very disappointed because i called to make sure that the type of TB test will be covere. They went ahead and provided me the service. I received a bill of $384 and $106 from labcorp and bethany respectivel. This is awfully expensive. Please provide the right information to patients who need your services .

I reported PA Ryan Miller to the NC med board. One of his employees Linda Teseniar had forged prescriptions, and tried to silence me by taking me to court. As stated in court, she was fearful of losing her job. Because of her forged medication that she has provided to me under Ryan miller it has put me in the hospital. Whose fault it was it was malpractice and they deserve to be terminated. I have created a petition so please feel free to sign it

Stay away from this one! My father needed an Urologist appointment and they set up an appointment for a Neurologist. I asked the person several times if the had an Urologist on site to see him and she said yes, now he has to wait longer in a different clinic because this people don’t pay attention to what they are doing it could cost someone’s life when it comes to health time is very critical. It seems that the only thing they care about is charging the insurance to get their money and they don’t care about the patient, very disappointing experience.

Very bad experience . They are very racist . I was waiting in line for my X.ray I white guy came and they preferred him over me . It was my turn but the color of my skin is brown so they told me to wait . And when I raised my voice about this unjustice they told me to get out . Very unprofessional attitude of the staff .

Medical practice This is the most unprofessional and unresponsive place I've ever seen. I called on a Tuesday (1/2) for a sick appointment. There was over a 90 minute wait so I chose the "guaranteed" call back. As of Saturday (1/6), I still had not heard back from anyone. On Saturday, I called again. This time the message said that the wait time was 886 minutes and that I could stay on the line or select the automatic call back again. I stayed on the phone 2 hours waiting, I had my husband also call for the "guaranteed call back". Neither one of us ever got a call back or a representative to pick up the phone. I am supposed to be a "patient" there ... and I'm so disgusted I will NEVER return. It really doesn't matter if the office is open 6-6 and 7 days a week. If no one ever will take your call or call you back to schedule a visit - what good is it?? Proof, it's all about $$ - and has nothing to do with my personal health. Shame on you!

On December 29, I was visiting the weight control clinic. I was treated contemptuously by the doctor in charge of the weight control program. He never spoke to me.. he just went to the nurse. I felt discriminated against for being Latina.

Showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early at the South Main Street location and was never seen. I waited in the lobby for right at an hour just to find out instead of being seen my doctor had left that location for the day. The front desk staff was apologetic and asked me to drive to a different location in order to be seen. I took vacation time in order to go to the appointment, so I did not have time before I needed to be back at work. Another option to have someone call with the results was offered so I took it (should never have agreed). it has been a full week of me calling every day and getting promised a call backs and nobody calling me just to call the next day and get told they were supposed to call you but the doctor didn't sign the results or .....insert reason here! What is the point in going to the doctor to request help if they will not even give the results. This is not my first bad experience with them.

Just disappointed for a doctor’s office , I normally don’t write views, this time I would , just let the Managment team know this , how to training the employees

The High Point, South Main St sign outside says "Urgent care" and "walk ins welcome". On 11/29/23, I walked in at 5:20pm. After calling Lindsey St. location and was told to go to the S. Main St. location. The lady at the front desk told me, I could not be seen because I did not have an appointment. I told her, why does this establishment say it is for urgent care and walk ins, if you can't walk in and be seen. She said: "I know, I told them they shouldn't say we are urgent care, because we are not, and patients need to have an appointment. I honestly think Bethany has gotten to be a JOKE! I have been seen by Don Bulla for many, many years. I used to tell everyone they need to switch to Bethany. I do not do that any longer. Because Bethany has become such a hassle and all they want to do it run test and run test to build up money for their parents to pay and so they can bill our insurance. Medical Insurance has gotten ridiculous because of establishments like Bethany. I will NEVER refer anyone to Bethany again. By the way, today incidence is NOT the only time Bethany has failed me, but it is the LAST time!

Sonya Lemming is a horrible doctor and is very rude and disrespectful. My husband called the office a couple of times to try and get my medicine sent to the pharmacy and just because he called a few times she called us manipulative and lied about us in our charts. She is the worst doctor I have seen. If I could give no stars I would.

Our family has been seen by various doctors at Bethany for more than 20 years. It is a wonderful organization- special shout out DON BULLA, PA - he is an extremely caring provider for whom we have the utmost respect for his professionalism and knowledge. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are well cared for. The Staples

In general the practice of having the patient come back to go over results is excessive. It’s a money racket and a way to bill the insurance co for more payments and the patient to have to make, yet another co-pay. The doctor talks to you post procedure and tells you their findings, so why does the patient have to come back again? My procedure was done nearly 2 months ago, granted I missed the first f/u appointment, but if something came back abnormal on the pathology report I would hope that I would have been notified way before today being it was done over 2 months ago! Also, the report is held back in the “Follow My Health” app because they want you to come in so the doc can charge you another office visit. I say, if something comes back abnormal they’re hopefully going to tell me asap, hopefully not 2 months post procedure. I understand why the report would not be posted on the app before the doc has had a chance to review it (say for abnormal results), but if everything looks fine, why not post the results and not make the patient have to wait until seen. If it comes back abnormal, then yes, it shouldn’t get posted until the doc has had a chance to speak with the patient. They really need to revamp how they handle this. I’m annoyed that I have to take a day off of work to go over results that could have been given to me via the app. It is very expensive all the way around for a normal test result. Healthcare is expensive enough without doctors running up excessive charges that aren’t necessary and inconveniencing the patient. Post the results if they are normal and get on with life!
