everyone has been so nice. I had some mess ups ... but everything got worked out. Every single person I have dealt with has been so very professional, helpful and treated me with respect. Travis Atkinson - this young man is an extremely talented and personable young man. I’ve only been with Synapse/Adapt for 2 weeks and had 4 concentrators swapped out for different reasons( smelled like smoke, 2 of them stopped putting out oxygen, overheated). Every rep, except Travis, just brought the units and dropped them off. They never explained how they worked or plugged them in to see if they worked. Travis spent an extra amount of time explaining every detail to me. You are extremely lucky to have this young man working for you!!!
