I rented a Truck online at $29.99 plus additional fees and deposit totaling no more than $155. At 12:35 My bank showed an attempted charge for $297 Which charges only occur when you pick up the truck.. I called the office to find out what's going on and yes I was frustrated and communicated with a bit of excitement but the owner or Operator an older local business man was extremely rude hung up on me twice, argued he didn't know who I was and when I showed up in person. And was met with more rude behavior he was short and explained he messed up in an aggravated tone and asked if I still wanted the reservation and proceeded to gesture his hand motion to leave. Furthermore I attempted to cancel this myself and it turns out the reservation was altered and now I can't cancel it and fear they may attempt to charge me yet again while I'm trying to find another truck to move... this Penske isn't the issue, rather this local business! Stay away!!!I contacted Penske Customer service and water discussing what had happened and trying to get a hold of the district in charge of this location the agent contacted the business owner or operator whom I had the pleasure of communicating with earlier and he was apparently nice to her and said I was intimidating me a 5'4 female driving a Prius and that He apologized and offered me a free truck to which I had declined.... HE MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR OFFER A FREE TRUCK! So I stayed on the phone with her while I went back in to discuss options since my time was running out in finding another truck to rent. He proceeded to say what free truck.... "I made a mistake! You never made a mistake before?" The agent on the phone heard it all how he was blatantly rude and a liar. Again.... Stay Away!

This is one truck rental service company that truly gets my highest recommendations.they have the largest assortment of trucks and the most accommodating pickup and dropoffs I have ever encountered. In the past week I was faced with the most in-opertune situation where I needed to move my belongings starting immediately to meet a commitment date that was to follow in only 2 days time. To make matters even more challenging, I was faced with this immediate task on a Sunday. My expectations that I would be able to obtain anything in this very tight timeframe were low.When initially calling Penske truck Rental, John had very politely informed me that there was nothing currently on his lot that would meet my needs. However, he requested my contact info to reach me if/when a vehicle should become available.Being it was a Sunday and already past noon, I was not optimistic that I was going to find any rental trucks anywhere.However, John from Penske Truck Rental did locate a vehicle for me in just a couple of hours and made it available to me immediately.To start of with, I was very pleased with this level of service.Later during that week, the requirements for moving got more and more complicated where it was extending more and more time for me to require this rental. But I found that the least of my issues was having a truck available to complete the move because once again John from Penske truck rental worked with me to extended the rental till I could complete my move. I must say that this was a very challenging week for me during a very stressful time, but knowing that John had my back in making sure I was not without a vehicle most definitely pulled me through!!!!

They stay open 24 hours a day and it's the only place with in I'd say 10 to 15 miles that is actually open almost all the time for atleast gas cigarettes and snacks. You have to use a walk up window but that's not a problem and they have a small product choice but if you need gas or a cigarette or a drink or snack you can make it work. You can use the truck services or repair shop as well.. it's well lit and right off the highway too. I will continue to use them.

Unprofessional angry hostile. Set up an appointment 24hrs in advance drove an hour and then was told nothing is available you should go somewhere else. Honestly felt like it was just a bigoted refusal because of unfounded hate. Avoid at all costs and I will be contacting corporate about this bigoted owner.

The owner for this establishment is extremely unprofessional and racist. I went last week with a reservation that was reserved a week prior to pick up and the owner JOHN decided to tell his employee on the day of pick up that he didnt have any trucks available then had me come back to.pick up a truck where he admitted that he told his employee that then he told me I never gassed the truck and still charged me for the gas. JOHN didnt like cooperate being called on him for the jokes he was playing and he decided to charge me for an extra day. with al of the issues I never got most my money back. This place is not a place for anyone of color and this ace is completely unprofessional. I would definately not recommend going here. You see this place run away because he even admitted to me that he does to everyone especially people of color. I have never used penske before and this is my last time
