“Had the best customer service experience hands down. First time shopping here and a first time cat owner. Had a lovely experience with a young girl I think her name was Al or Ally? She was very knowledgable on nutrition and everything inbetween for kitties and more. She took time with me and gave tips on food and litter and things to watch out for or be aware of as they got older. my rescue cat is 5. She told me about their loyalty program and their amazing return policy they donate returned food to shelters which is super neat! And gave samples to try out as well. It was a lot of info but explained very well and with genuine care. My only issue is lack of variety in the small animal section I have a bearded dragon and there are no reptile items there or anything beyond rabbit and Guinea pig stuff. It would be nice if they had at least substrate for my little guy I could get there too. Regardless definitely coming back and making this my number 1 shop especially since I had a wonderful experience with Al!”

“Fantastic Tractor Supply. The gentlemen working on this Christmas Eve were very friendly and didn't seem to mind working the day before Christmas. Store is nicely laid out and organized. Some of the aisles are very narrow, be a tight squeeze with a buggy. Large selection for the most part. The clothing section was a little bare and needing to be restocked.”

“I arrived at Petco with a very excited energetic 9 year old. We walked around to find a bathroom for him. My son does not like public bathrooms but has to go really bad. The bathroom was a little creepy. In fact, we saw a cricket in there. Needless to say, it was a rush and get out situation. We located the fish section and his energy and excitement grew. Caleb greeted us and offered to assist us. Well, again, I'm dealing with excitement and energy all the while Caleb is talking all things fish. Caleb was extremely patient as I had to redirect my kid several times. Caleb was extremely patient when my kid asked him 1,001 questions. Caleb was extremely helpful because I knew absolutely nothing about fish. Did I mention Caleb did all of those things with a brightness in his face? I literally felt like he was excited to help us. He may have been cringing inside but his outer appearance never showed it. After attending what felt like Betta Academy with Caleb, we met Amanda at the register. She greeted us with a smile and helped me when I had some confusion on store and online pricing. She engaged with my excited energetic kid as well. All in all this trip was a success and I am a mother to a male Betta named Franko.”
