Buyer Beware! Once you purchase something, they are done with you. No matter what condition the product is sold in (incredibly fragile and unstable), they have no responsibility to the quality of products they sell. I was planning on purchasing tons products from them, so glad I experienced their terrible customer service with the smaller purchase.

Buyer beware of Lava Table $4100-5500, the stainless steel is not mirror like, the polishing process has not been done properly and shows circular sanding patterns all thru the face and front of this item. Also, huge return fees IF they accept the return/shipping costs too. Basically, once you've purchased it, they are done with you.

Amazing diversity of products with continuous influx of new and fresh ideas. Customer service is fast and friendly. We bought two Seatbelt chairs last year and they are the focal point of the living room.

We love our grey stone origins dining table from Philipps collection as well as our petrified wood coffee table!!! They were super great to work with (friendly and made it easy) and everything came on time - we have some side decor pieces as well and we always get compliments on how awesome the pieces are as each one is original and real wood so they are super special!! Highly recommend!!
