why does it say the store is open at 9am online but they don’t open until 10? that is not okay.

When the store originally opened, I would’ve given it five stars because of the cute decorating things they have and variety of items. However, I’ve had a couple customer service situations that have been unpleasant. Most recently I bought a six dollar ball for my small 23 lb dog and the next day it fell apart. When I went to return it with the packaging and the receipt intact, the sales associate said they would not do a refund. She was quite rude about it and said when she has her dog tear something up, she can’t return it to the store.
I was trying to let her know it was not the dog’s fault but a defective toy for it to fall apart in just one day. I mentioned that if I had purchased it at Amazon or Walmart, they would not hesitate to refund it. She insisted it was my fault. I really think their returns policy is terrible with this chain. I’ll just stick to buying things on Amazon and Walmart. Most of the time when I visit this store, I go on Walmart.com and PopShelf stuff is higher than Walmart anyway. Don’t waste your time here.

The location in High Point is garbage. The manager is an absolute jerk. My kid knocked a toy car off the shelf and it caused a few others to drop. We literally came over to start cleaning up and she was so rude to us and acting as if we terrorized the store. She started yelling at us and asked us to leave. It’s a shame because the stuff for Halloween is so cute. You have lost my business for ever of these are the kind of people you hire for your store. You don’t have employees at Target complaining or yell at those customers when they throw shirts and make a mess of the aisles. Hopefully Allison or whatever her name was having a bad day but this was so uncalled for. Don’t go to this location.

The staff at Pop Shelf are incredibly friendly and helpful. They appear to genuinely enjoy their work. The store boasts charming decor and stocks well-known cleaning products. I particularly enjoy browsing through the pet, candy, and craft sections.

Per Website store opens from 10-8 on Sunday. Around 2 pm , Drove 15 minutes up Eastchester traffic, get to the store and it is closed. No sign indicating that they are closed and you can see employees in the store.

I absolutely love pOpshelf. This is my first time at this location. I was surprised that it was much smaller than other locations I have previously visited. All in all, I was able to get what I needed.
