Customer service is terrible at the deli. As always, Publix Subs are amazing but having to deal with the employees is dreadful.

Really good market. Publix is one of the few markets locally available where we can find all the products we need without having to run to multiple stores. We love the deli (carries Boar's Head meats). The soups are good (weekly menu picture included)). The variety of produce and packaged goods is also a plus. The fresh bread available is reasonable though I think at least one of the local Harris Teeter stores offers a better variety. Publix is definitely worth the extra drive for quality groceries.

EXPERIENCE IS OK DEFINITELY GIVING HIGH POINTS FINEST HOWEVER NOT LIKE THE ONE IN FLORIDA THAT IS MORE RIGHT LEANING..I DIDNT LIKE THAT AFTER UNLOCKING MY CARD THEIR SYSTEM KEPT DECLINING MY CARD. THE CASHIERS ARE NICE IN A LIBERAL WAY HOWEVER ITS JUST LACKLUSTER ESPECIALLY WHEN I KNOW MY MORALS ARENT THE SAME SO I WAS STANDING THERE HAVING TO BE NICE AND TALK LITERALLY ABOUT FOOD WHICH WAS A TURN OFF..ITS THE SAME OBVIOUS DEI HIRING. I ONLY SHOP HERE BECAUSE IN GENERAL PUBLIX IS A REPUBLICAN BRAND I JUST CANT WAIT FOR HIGH POINT TO BE MORE REPUBLICAN AND OR UNDERSTAND THAT WHAT WAS ACCEPTABLE IN THE LAST ADMINISTRATION ISNT ACCEPTABLE NOW!

My husband bought a vase of roses today and whoever put them together never trim them half the stuff’s dead. They should be ashamed for what they charge for those roses.

Maybe Gloria in customer service was having a bad morning. I refuse to allow her to make HER bad morning MY bad morning though. Nonetheless, if I'm spending my hard earned money here a little respectful courtesy goes a long way. All I did was ask for a raincheck, and the attitude I got would've made me you think I made some wild request that wasn't a part of her actual job. When I saw that asking for a raincheck struck a nerve, I said never mind and asked if she knew when an item might be back in stock. She still reluctantly printed a raincheck, but I decided there are other places I can shop that would be more worthy of my money. So I won't be using that raincheck or returning to that store again. It's unfortunate that good customer service is so difficult to find these days. The irony I guess is that this experience was with someone working at the "Customer Service" desk. Lesson learned.

This is the 3rd time I have bought grapes here, and the 3rd time, the grapes have been squishy and close to rotten. The lettuce I bought was good.

Loved the selections of food and the pleasant employees I dealt with the deli footlong subs are awesome especially the man who wants to be a culinary chef he was fun to deal with very intelligent and pleasant guy

I ordered chicken here for a corporate event for the third year in a row. My order was supposed to be ready at 5pm. I went to pickup my order and the guy getting the catering orders was very curt and didn't provide any information on the status of my order. I waited for about 10 minutes with no update or interaction from the staff. I had to have someone else stop and pick up the chicken because they made me late setting up my event, which ruined the whole evening! When the person I sent picked up the chicken, it was still another 30 minutes late. The store manager gave a $20 discount, but that doesn't make up for the delays and lack of responsiveness from the catering staff. I will not order here again for an event.

My son ordered a small BD cake. He told them white cake, buttercream icing and pastel flowers. Well, zero flowers and the entire cake was done with hot pink icing and the border and writing in yellow! Ugly to say the least! Really?!
I called and spoke to a man on duty( no manager). He only offered suggestions for the future. Oh and the cake taste like it's already several days old. Very disappointing!

They have Atkin dinners And Ratio Keto yogurt I like. They also serve fresh subs and chicken. Tiktok showed me they steam crab and season it. 😋
