Rainbow Laundry has AC and Automatic entry doors that work. Most machines and dryers work, and the change machines are working. The restroom is somewhat clean. The place is mostly clean and has good service. The employees are pleasant to speak with. Some machines are out of service, such as a cluster of dryers and the Ms Pac-Man machine. Some chairs have broken backs and there is trash dryer sheets on the floor. There is no bathroom and no place to sit while waiting. The washer price is higher than the one across the street. The cost is high and many people say the price is too much. Homeless people are seen at night and it can feel sketchy, so women are advised not to come alone. Speed Queen machines are mentioned in reviews. Overall, Rainbow Laundry is run well but needs better maintenance and seating.

Nice place in the day super sketch at night lots of homeless people and I don’t judge I’m always helping people less fortunate but they do seem a little odds not like some of the other would say if you are a women do not come here alone at night

The place was mostly clean. I think the washer price was higher than the one across the street, also no where to sit down while I waited. And no bathroom. Probably won't go back again.
