My experience started off good at first then now I am at a place where I am about to just give this couch back . They call you as soon as you even one day late they call the day before your payment due and cal and call and call like someone trying to run off on them ! Yes I have been late life happens however I do end up paying it . If yall that traumzatized thinking somebody running off with yall stuff yall dont even need to be a business at this point its soo annoying.I’ve never not just paid them but they dang near harrass you .

This is first time renting from them and it does not start good at all. First of all they send me a headboard that don’t fit the bed frame and they told me the manager would call me today between 1-3pm and I have to call them and they told me the manger will called later on today, but the manger did not and they are about to close and I trying to call them now and they aren’t answering the phone.

Horrible experience! My daughter trying to spend her hard working money with RAC and the customer service has been beyond horrible! For starters RAC need to FIRE CAROL and the store manager! They have absolutely no customer service skills and together they are a horrible team. I have already called corporate but I will also be leaving a complaint with BBB everyday until our voices are heard!
