Not only did they ship fast but they also had great customer service! I bought an Arcadia kit that turns out had a broken bulb. Once speaking with their representative and trying to troubleshoot some problems, they sent me a replacement bulb without issues.

Paid a lot of money for a pvc enclosure with radiant heat panel and the door locks don’t work. Had my snake in there and he died shortly after so I think they did something wrong with the heat panel. I couldn’t even get into the enclosure because of the locks being broken so I had to almost break the thing just to get into it. Contacted customer service about it and told I was SOL. Super disappointing. I was so excited to upgrade my snakes enclosure only to end up having him die and I can’t even use the thing cus neither locks work. Now it’s just sitting in my snake room being useless.

I couldn't be more greatfull for the customer service i recieved. Bobby helped my diagnose my heat panel. He gave me some pointers on running a few tests before sending them the panel so im not just waisting my momey and both of our times. In the end he seemed confident it was bad, and with out second guessing it sent a replacement back out in the same day just so my baby snake has her heat. Thanks Reptile Basics & Bobby

Bad business I ordered 4 heat panels payed $460 money was removed from my account and now he wants a pic of my ID I said no and know he will not refund me even though he said he would.

I ordered a reptile Arcadia light kit and it did not work when I got it. The company originally responded quickly and sent me a new bulb, which still did not work. I called and email repeatedly and get no response. It’s been almost two weeks. I’m out $80 and have a broken product that I can’t use. And finally had to order a light from another company for my chameleon.

I buy all my equipment here. These guys are awesome. I only ever had an issue once (items damaged during shipment) and the got replacements right out to me!
