This place is gross and frankly there is not ONE time that I don’t go in, and when it’s time to pay, the cashier is totally uninterested in helping (as if she absolutely hates her job) and the people up front are talking bad about other employees. I kid you not….every.time.

Will never return to this store. Rudest, absolute most uncaring workers I've ever encountered ANYWHERE in my WHOLE life!!!!!
For the life of me, I couldn't figure out if I'd landed in the twilight zone or, if they just didn't like my skin color
Hands down the rudest and most uncaring customer service in all my 63-years of life. A kind man from Kenya, in line behind me, offered to help me get my things to my car. Workers just stood there.
Useless.
I will never, ever go back.

Instead of hiring someone to stand 2 feet from the register I was just checked out at to check my receipt, maybe hire some more cashiers so the line isn't wrapped around and overflowing into the store. And hire people to make sure merchandise isn't haphazardly strewn about down every aisle. Ross apparently has lot the plot with the priorities and I won't be going back.

Trash! trash! Especially during the holidays! Trash! Ughh! After waiting over 30 mins in a line that had wrapped all the way around into the clothing and head toward the back of the store… I get to the front… to the check out… only for the cashier to tell me she can get me on register number 1, then WALK AWAY and not return. Trash. Im going to have to turn in Ross for TJMAXX like I turned Walmart in for Target! Or at least TRADE the Ross on EASTCHESTER for the one on WENDOVER. EASTCHESTER IS TRASH! Ross definitely is not what it used to be…. Yuck!

The entire store looks like a tornado tore through it. It's crazy how bad that store looks and the amount of care the employees have. They just let everything pile up on the floor. It looks worse than a thrift store! TJ MAX just a couple of doors down is much better kept and they have better stuff anyway. Ross is a joke!

I am NEVER the one to type reviews on anything but the workers here are so rude and disrespectful. This happened to me at least THREE times where one worker screamed at my mom to get out of her way, another time where I received help with the purses and was told I could go straight to the register when some other worker butts in and yells at me to go to the back of the line.. and when a worker scanned an item twice she got so offended and had an attitude saying “damn ugh” when I was just trying to correct her mistake. I used to love shopping at Ross but this was just my last straw. I never felt this much racism in my entire life. I honestly don’t know how these people get hired but Ross DO BETTER.

This store has the worst customer service in Triad and is racist. None of the cashiers were friendly; they didn't greet us or say thank you. They pick and choose which customers to greet. Interestingly, she was friendly and talked nicely with the guy in front of us but changed her attitude with me and my daughter. Another lady working there was talking and cursing while doing something at the register, saying she was tired, but all customers could hear her. If you can't be nice to customers, this job isn't for you; find another job. Many nice people would want your job. I don't know how Ross HR works when hiring, but it's definitely not professional, which is why TJ Maxx/Marshall has way more class than Ross.
