I have used this U-Haul location at least 4-5 times over the last 10+ years and they have always been patient, kind, and helpful. Several times I've purchased boxes and they helped carry them to my car. Truck rentals have always been a breeze. I will continue to use this location for any packing or moving needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager, KC, has no business being in customer service. He points the blame at other people for not following through on a guarantee that Uhaul made, he cuts the customer off, he will put you on hold while you are talking, he will say he's transferring you and then hang up on you. Not only is the customer service horrible but their equipment is never properly inspected or well maintained. There is no reason for this location to be in business unless it finds a new general manager.

I had this UHaul put a hitch on our 1 year old Santa Fe. When we picked it up, the spare tire was in the back cargo area. They said that they couldn't get the spare to go back up after they took it down. I took it across the street immediately to the Hyundai dealer. Turns out the mechanism had been damaged. I spoke with the manager and he took pics and contacted the insurance. I made a claim after I hadn't heard from them. It cost $750 to repair and UHaul refused to admit that they were at fault and refused the claim. DO NOT trust these people with your vehicle!

So I rarely give reviews, but this U-Haul location is a prime example how not to do business. I scheduled a hitch install a few weeks ago. Paid for i in advance. On the receipt had the appointment time. I also called the day before to confirm. Drove there and they doubled book the time and I would have to wait hours. This is unacceptable when someone takes the time off work, verifies the appointment and you still do not have a clue about scheduling appointments? How can anyone trust you to put on a hitch if y oh can't schedule appointments? I have to argue to get a refund too? I will avoid this location like COVID and suggest others doing the same.
