I've been going to this sheetz for 2 years I've never had this issue before I always have a fairly simple order. 1 large cold brew coffee sugar free caramel syrup no ice that's Literally it..
I Paid for a large cold brew no ice as medically i can't have extreme hot or cold. I can barley tolerate the coffee I love.
I legit medically can't drink extreme cold or it will slow down my digestive system and since I'm missing 80 percent of my digestive system I don't really have a choice there. I tried to tell the Supervisor who legit turned his back on me and walked away. So I chose to never go back to sheets. With a surplus of gas stations and other coffee shops. I'll be ok not coming back. The fact it's a minute from my house makes it convient. But I prefer not being ripped off or treated as rudely as I was this morning. So I'll definitely make the drive to Coffee Bean in high point from now vs driving a minute down the road for a simple large black cold brew coffee...

Disrespectful employees. The employees that work the night shift/early morning will pick on you and talk to you any kind of way and think you suppose to be ok with it. Do better Sheetz in hiring people that are not bullies.

Put 2 sausage dogs in bag chili a mess bread soggy. Fries dang near half full. All he said is bring back or refund. No apology bad service. I will go else where my business seems not welcome and I don't appreciate wasting my time & gas traveling there. I do not recommend Sheetz.

Food is nasty.The workers at the grill rude look very unhygienic & to busy talking loudly, obnoxiously and socializing with one another to care really.and homeless people outside harrasing people for money.Its a gas station i get it but get gas and gtf out of that dump,period,tried the dining area today with my daughter and husband it was so dirty and disgusting ntm more vagrants and what appeared to be someone's young child just loitering waiting on someone,was very disturbing,won't be back and will be emailing corporate ...

I came to sheetz to purchase a lighter because the power is out in my house. The African American female that was working the register around 11:40-ish had told me I had to be 21 or older to buy tobacco products. Lighters are not tobacco products & the legal age to buy a lighter is 18, i am 19 turning 20 in three days. I went to the speedway and they sold me a lighter no problem. This is the third time I was told they cannot serve me. If your going to enforce laws at-least know them. Done with sheetz!! But no disrespect ??
