Furniture is great quality and arrived undamaged. We have made purchases on two separate occasions:2 sofas and an armchair. There is some limited assembly required so it goes in the door which is quick and easily.

I am sooooooooo happy I bought my sofa from Simplicity Sofa. Exceptionally high quality product and great customer service. I have had nothing but an extremely positive experience with Simplicity. I purchased my sofa 4 years ago and it looks and feels as new as the day I bought it. I ordered my sofa during the height of the pandemic and Simplicity Sofa worked with me to make sure I received my sofa without making excuses. Moreover, I very recently contacted them to ask for new cushion covers (I spilled on my sofa - the actual covers are in great shape but I stained them) as well as to place a custom order. Simplicity worked with me to get my replacement covers and didn't bat an eye when I asked for the custom order. In fact, I was told, tell us what you need and we'll do our best to make it for you. I research all major purchases I make pretty thoroughly - I can confidently say this is a high quality product and I have had nothing but fantastic customer service. I am extremely happy - from a quality and customer service perspective. One last point, as stated above, this is a very high quality product, which means I don't have to buy a sofa for a very long time - I am a big fan of get my money's worth. I'll happily order again if I have a need for more furniture.

I ordered replacement cushions in Nov 2022. I never received them, never have been refunded, and there has been no response to my dozens of calls and emails. I even filed through the BBB, and SImplicity would not respond to them. Sofas are great, but ordering is risky

Beautiful sofa ordered & received in June out of state. Have never received the arm covers nor hard copy of the transaction.Have spoken with Martha numerous times & nothing received. Left messages emails no response..poor customer serviceService: Couches/sofas

I purchased a sofa and chair from Simplicity Sofas and within a very short time the sofa cushions, which were supposed to be of high quality and last a long time, caved in. They are now ugly and uncomfortable. I’ve contacted the company numerous times about replacements, and each time they promise to get back to me but never do. Based on their unresponsiveness and lack of care, I would NOT recommend this company or their products.Service: Couches/sofas

This is a fraudulent company. PLEASE listen to all the negative reviews and STAY far away. We visited in person and they seemed charming enough, assuring us that any bad reviews were a thing of the past, just due to supply issues, etc. As soon as we place an order we have heard NOTHING. The company will not answer phone calls, will not respond to emails, and Martha (the owner) is a liar and a thief. Such a disappointing experience after I thought I had found a good company. They did everything they could to steal my money, $4100. They told me that it never takes a year and gave me an approximate time to be delivered. It passed and nothing. One year and nothing. I called dozens of times and never another contact. My attorney wrote a letter. Nothing. So I had the credit card fraud department get my money back. Still no call to apologize. I guess when I told them I wanted it for my Independent Living apartment they figured they could just steal my money.

We were very interested in this company and their products, and we had questions concerning cushions, fabrics, etc. However when we tried to establish contact by phone, using the number shown here on Yelp, and left several messages, after a week of trying, we were unable to get a return call. We did not want to place an order without getting more information by phone. Upon looking up the name of the company in an internet search, and also the company listed as the manufacturer, Dimarmel, Inc. we found numerous negative reviews on BBB, mostly concerning orders placed and products not received. So we cannot properly review their products as we did not place an order.

I ordered from them in 2019 while Jeff ran and the sofa arrived. I ordered from them in 2022 and am now 4 months beyond the initial timeline and rotate between hearing nothing back or hearing it will be shipped next week and nothing ever happens. I now consider Simplicity Sofas AKA simplicitysofas.com a fraudulent company. The new owner are just doing what they can to perpetuate the fraud beyond the credit card refund timeline. Buyer beware. I will update this if something changes.

I ordered two couches and an ottoman in May of 2021 spending over $5000. As of October 2022 I still have no furniture. I last heard from Martha in May, and she said my couches would be delivered in June. That's the last I've heard from her. Their voicemail consistently stays full so you can't leave a message. Email after email goes unresponded to. I have no idea when or if I will ever receive my furniture. Between Facebook, Consumer Affrairs, and the BBB website this appears to be what every other customer is experiencing as well. I purchased from this company because they were local and back in 2021 they still had outstanding reviews. This is not the company it once was.Service: Custom furniture

My wife and I visited their shop and met with Jeff. He was very nice and answered our questions. We placed an order for two sofas and paid over $4,000 back in Feb. 2022. Jeff told us he would not have the fabric until May or June. In August my wife called them to get an update and nobody answered the phone. She left VM's that were left without response. She still had Jeff's card and called him. He retired shortly after meeting with us and told us they never hired his replacement. My wife spoke with Martha B. who is supposed to be running the show. She was very polite with my wife and said she was on her way to the office and would review our order and call right back. Never happened. My wife couldn't leave VM's and nobody answers the phone. Finally I got my credit card company involved. If Simplicity Sofas does not respond to them, my money is refunded and they lose a customer for life. My advice: Stay away from Simplicity Sofas.

I've had the same experience as others having waited for over a year for my sofa and now being ghosted. I tried emailing the owner/manager Jeff Frank, and the most recent attempt was bounced back to me. I think he may have retired and they have no way to move forward? The voice mailbox of the customer service line is full. Don't buy from them!

We ordered a sofa from them back in October 2021. Like the other reviewers we had success reaching them initially and at one point were told verbally that the sofa would be completed and shipped in early June. Since that contact we have not received any replies from repeated emails asking for an update that we have sent. The phone number mailbox used to accept messages but became full, and now it appears not to be disconnected. I am currently wondering if anyone is receiving any orders from them and if so what is the turn time. I suspect however that they have gone under. I would not do business with this company.

We bought a living room set from Simplicity almost 10 years ago. We love it and the quality is fantastic. However, because we liked the living room set so much, we ordered a chair on Dec 25 2020 (18 months ago). The chair was $1800. That had understandable delivery issues due to covid so we have been very patient but the still have not delivered over a year and a half later. They have repeatedly lied about the shipment dates and several dates have come and gone with no communication and no chair. Now, in the last few months, they have gone completely dark and they refuse to answer the phone, respond to voice messages or reply to multiple emails. They have clearly gone out of business but they don’t even have the decency to respond to any communications even for a previous loyal customer. They have clearly stolen our money at this point and have absolutely no intention of returning our money or supplying the product. Do not buy from this company. It’s a total rip off.Service: Couches/sofas
