The lady that did my nails was very sweet but bless her heart, doing nails is not her forte. My nails were so chunky and god awful looking I went straight to a different salon to have them completely redone. I had to ask multiple times for things to be fixed. She didn’t do half the nails the way I asked for them to be. Definitely did not take her time at all. My 7 year old could’ve done a better job. And we aren’t even gonna talk about the price. Did I wanna pay for them? No, but I was so ready to get out of there it wasn’t even funny. Do not waste your money here. That extra little drive to a different nail salon will be well worth it, I promise!

I was overcharged for 2 regular pedicures (no paraffin wax) and a fill in with gel French manicure $160. I will not return to this location. $50 or more for a fill in w/gel is ridiculous and of course my polish is coming off my toes and nails.

Such nice staff! Called and made a “walk in” within 30 minutes. Reasonable prices on par with other salons. Plenty of nail art designs available.

Service used to be much better. Lately, it’s been hit or miss. Seems as if they have a lot of inexperienced techs. Prices too high for subpar service

Went this morning for a pedicure I felt like she was rushing, she didn’t get much of the dead skin off my reason for going had to go home and finish.

Usually the service is okay. I went Saturday for a polish change on my hands, feet and to have my eyebrows done. I think there was confusion because they did a pedicure with a rock. I did not ask for a pedicure just a simple polish change. Also, I told the employee I did not want a manicure just gel polish. I think I got taken advantage of some and end up paying $90. I don’t think I’ll be back.P.S Although they did a pedicure, my feet are still dry with a lot of dead skin.

I showed a pic of how I wanted my nails done said she could do it my nails look nothing like how I wanted them she cut them too short and not painted right supposed to be ombre but their not never going back there again

They are very unprofessional they give you one price then change the price I went in on Thursday to get fill in whole nail fell off on Sunday then the lady lied and said the lady who did your nails isn't here and she was the one who did my nails.

These ladies are super friendly.They are efficient in their work.The establishment is clean. I have been here the most since I moved here & although I keep trying different nail salons, I always end up coming back to Star Nails. I feel like I'm betraying them everytime I go somewhere else & although they are a little pricey according to my bank account, their prices really aren't higher than anywhere else I've been so far, except for one salon.

They rushed doing my nails. They over charged me and got mad when I told them my nails were sideways had a attitude cuz I asked them to fix my nails they already over charged me for. Did my eyebrows wrong had attitude when I asked them to fix them. Talked about me like I wasn’t sitting there thinking I can’t understand their language but I can.
