I have been going to this Starbucks since it opened. No longer will I go though. I am a smoker and I am usually smoking when I go through their drive thru. Today they were adamant that I put my cigarette out in my private vehicle at their drive thru... I'm sorry, but you cannot tell me not to smoke in my vehicle... There is no sign on the drive thru saying you can't smoke here much less smoke in my car... What if I were in my car smoking in the parking lot, would you come out and tell me to put my cigarette out? You are not a hospital, you are a coffee house..... You may not like the fact that I smoke, but it's me that is smoking, not you keep your opinions to yourself! (Btw I'm never this harsh but WOW)

Got a coffee from my local Starbucks and didn’t realize it was totally wrong until I was halfway to work. Came here and asked if they would be willing to remake it. They did with no hesitation and it was perfect. Shout out for the service! The person who helped me was so kind - she had sandy curly hair and was wearing a baseball cap (morning of 12/8). Definitely skipping my local place and coming here more often. Thanks for making my Friday morning!

I ordered a shaken coffee and breakfast sandwich on the app. I picked up my items this morning on my way to work. Well the cup had a hole and got all over my clothes and there was an extreme amount of cinnamon added. The sandwich was over microwaved and was all disheveled. I was not at all happy to have experienced this. You need to do better!

Drinks always made fast and to perfection. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they always remember my name and even my order before I even ask. Best Starbucks is the Triad area, if you have the opportunity this location ? is a must try.

Good service. Order came fast. Coffee was great. Only thing I'd like to mention is that an employee "Taylor" was not doing her job. Otherwise awesome location.

This is one of the newer Starbucks in High Point. At first they were so efficient. I don't know if they're short staffed or what but they are SO SLOW now. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Last time I was there, there was only one other customer there (including the drive through, too) and my one drink took 15 minutes.

Enjoy going to Starbucks for my daily coffee. Sometimes the line can be slow, but the great customer service makes up for it.

The one time I went the coffee was OK, however I just tried to stop by at 9:40pm and they were closed already. Online says 10pm, the sign on the door says 10pm, and I have been in there around 9:40 before. I saw people inside cleaning the tables and they made a point not to look up when I was at the door. I get wanting to do some closing items early and try to get out as quickly as possible, but you have to stay open during business hours. This was the only coffee shop near my house that I can stop by and grab a coffee when I get out of work at 9:30, but I guess that is over now. Went to the Sheetz across the street and found out they actually make better coffee drinks for about half the price, and they are never closed. Go there instead!

I’m guessing they can’t keep the same staff and poorly train the new hires. I order a simple iced caramel coffee and guy that works there makes it seem like it’s an impossible order and gave me the vibe that he didn’t want to be there with constant sighing. Hopefully they train any new people a lot better and improve on their customer service.
